I listed my house with Courtney Helps and we were under contract in under two weeks!Courtney was super helpful and used her expertise and knowledge of the local market help me sell my home for much more then I originally thought it was worth, very quickly.Their were a few bumps in the road with our buyer but Courtney advised me of all options and helped me pick what was best for me. Being an out of province investor, Courtney has helped us out tremendously.
