Great view overlooking the beach. Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good, plentiful and tasty food. Very enjoyable all around.

Pacific Prime Restaurant at The Beach Club Resort
Dinner twice - once last night when we arrived at the hotel and then again tonight. Last night the food was a little slow to arrive (we also arrived much later in the evening) but when it did it was hot and exactly how we ordered it (steak and a seafood pasta). The service staff was amazing. Julia served us and she was amazing! Tonight our server was Laura - again - amazing service start to finish! Tonight was the beef short rib (fall off the bone), seared scallops, and crab cakes. The manager was great as well - he recognized us when we came in tonight and made sure we were well taken care of. Will be sad to leave tomorrow but we will be back!

An Island vacation took us to Parksville & a stop at this restaurant. To start are server was AMAZING! Extremely polite & very tentative! We sat outside in their bubble" with an amazing view of the ocean. Started with a bottle of our favorite red wine ( Quails Gate Pinot Nior ) the seared scallops

Pacific Prime Restaurant at The Beach Club Resort
We stayed at the Beach Club resort and went for dinner at the restaurant on site- Pacific Prime.I had the fish and chips and my husband had steak bites and their seafood chowder. Everything came barely warm.The cod tasted really good but the batter was mushy and undercooked. The chowder had a strange consistency, color, and taste- almost like condensed mushroom soup, thickened with flour. But it was loaded with seafood. Unfortunately we couldn't eat the chowder or the fish and chips.We let the server know and the manager did everything possible to make the rest of our meal as good as possible. We just opted to have dessert and espresso, which was delicious.We couldn't believe it when our bill came and we were only charged for the steak bites. We would have been happy to pay for the coffee and dessert. Amazing management!Maybe just an off day in the kitchen. But the service and attitude was exceptional.

I had dinner ordered to my room. The steak and soup were delicious. Though i think there could have been less sauce, as it masked a bit the flavour of the steak. I can't comment on the dining area and service. The steak prices are a bit overpriced for the quality. Overall it was a good meal.

The best crispy chicken burger I've ever had. No joke. The crunch was just right. The bun delish, and the coleslaw was perfect. I've had a lot of crispy chicken burgers and this one was top. My wife enjoyed her fish and chips. Didn't rave about them as much as i am about the burger. Our server was pleasant, polite, and easy to converse with. We enjoyed our time.

Steak was overpriced and so fatty we had to cut at least 50% of it off and it came with like 1 small carrot and mashed potatoes. My mushroom burger was okay but wouldn’t get again. Poutine was good. Chicken fingers and fries were okay. Definitely will not come back.

Pacific Prime Restaurant at The Beach Club Resort
Come for the beautiful, sweeping views of the bay and stay for the great food and atmosphere. We started with calamari & chorizo for the table, topped with deep fried jalapeños and paired with nan and taziki. Would definitely order that again. Other memorable dishes include the pesto halibut burger and tangy Pad Thai salad. Highly recommend the later if you’re looking for something different. ✨
