Doesn't matter when in the afternoon you may need their services - they'll be closed! Pick a day, any day! Their hours are NOT accurate in the least, don't waste your time like I have many times. (One picture there was actually a sign, today it was 3:30pm and no sign, last week it was the same)

He refused to honour our reservations and would not give us a reason, when we called the 1800 number they told us this location always has problems would reccomend using another location if renting because he will screw you over on your moving day without any remorse and then say , its not my problem"Terrible service"
