If I could give 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. I went here yesterday after a year of no hair cut and I had long, beautiful, thick hair down to my hips. Becky, and no not Becky with the good hair (trust me), was rude to me from the start just because I asked her how much is it for a blow-dry. She rudely said she doesn’t have time for one, even though I simply asked a price since they don’t have them listed. Anyways, she BUTCHERED my hair.. I wish I could attach a pic, worst haircut of my life. I asked for soft layers and a U-shape and she gave me a mullet/mushroom bowl cut and literally was done in 15 min. I knew something was wrong but I left there with wet hair so didn’t see until I got home and dried it. Please please do NOT step foot in here, for the same price you can go up the street on Queensway to New Beginnings, where they are hair goddesses.. I honestly felt depressed after this haircut but New Beginnings gave me my confidence back.

I love this place! Stephanie is my stylist she's amazing funny and friendly..The store is well stocked and always kept very clean.This store has a good group of ladies and you always are made to feel welcome and in my opinion that's a major plus.The store takes walk ins and appointments but i suggest if you want Stephanie you make an appointment well in advance..They have fair prices and they frequently have sales on products also great gift ideas for Christmas from gift cards to straightening irons..

I have been to this salon a few times and I am really happy with the service. Today Shanna cut my hair exactly how I asked. It looks great. She was amazing. Very friendly and polite. Easy going atmosphere. I would recommend Shanna and this salon to anyone looking for great service and good prices.

I dont go anywhere else to get my hair done. I have been going to see Stephanie for years! I've never had an issue or been disappointed with my outcomes. I come here to have my hair cut, dyed, highlighted, treated and to get my eyebrows waxed.All of the staff are very polite and friendly and the salon is always clean!

Best service ever! My whole family goes and get our hair cuts. They are all very friend and respectful. They also have patience when it comes to children and there cuts to. They make it a fun experience for your little ones.

I would like to give a huge shout out to stylist Olivia. Today I took my niece in for her graduation hair cut, and Olivia was nothing but polite. She not only did an amazing job at cutting my nieces hair, but she made her feel extremely proud of who she is, and we left with a big smile on my nieces face, which doesn’t happen very often, Olivia is amazing at her job and a very kind person! Thank you for making niece feel so special!

I have been going to Smart Style from the time that they opened. The staff have always been courteous, polite and very professional. When I was in a wheel chair, they accommodated me and made me feel comfortable. I now have my hair styled by Stephanie, who is absolutely amazing. I have NEVER had a complaint about my hair cut or my style. I would recommend Smart Style to anyone, whether you have accessibility issues or not. They listen to what I'm after and I have never been disappointed. Thanks, especially to Stephanie.

We just got back from Smart Style in Walmart Keswick. We had a full bleach and then red on one side blue on the other side and yellow bangs as well as a haircut afterwards.Our hairstylist was wonderful! Erin took care of Asmo the whole time! She was knowledgeable, confident and very friendly. She did a very very good job through each step of the process. Erin knows her stuff.! Asmo is very happy with his hair as are we!!! Thank you Erin for taking the time for Asmos hair....you did a wonderful job!! I highly recommend Erin! Overall great experience!! Dorrie, Vance and Asmo!!
