Can I just say he is a true neighbourhood guy. He remembered me from years ago.I didn’t have cash, but I went here only because I remembered the amazing work he did on my Manolo and louboutians … so I took my cheap shoes there when I moved back to Calgary! I didn’t have cash, he trusted me to come back to pay. What a guy! We need more amazing people like this! Thank God for people like him. And the work on my cheap shoes was impeccable.Very thankful for amazing human beings!

so happy with the result, helped me out with my partner's shoes that were causing discomfort and stretched them perfectly on very short notice. I think I deleted my first review. Hope it’s not a double post! Love Grubans! We tried a recommended place in our neighborhood, and they wouldn’t even try to fix my boots. Went to the next closest place which was here and I’m so grateful. He’s creative and friendly with great prices and excellent workmanship. My kids love going in to see him too! We’ve been a few times since and will be customers for life!

Al took his favourite walking shoes in for New heels. He walks everyday with the dog and walked everyday last year when we were South in several states for over 6 months. He was pleased as they will be able to put new heels on them and will pick them up on Saturday, April 15 and they will only be $35.00. Amazing. Will let you know how the repairs are once the shoes are picked up!

Advised my that my work boot was not worth repairing. The wiser choice was to purchase new ones. The owner even gave me pointers on prolonging boot maintenance !!
