I've done multiple online orders with cws because of their great website! I was in the area and decided to stop by their physical store to stock up on Welding rods! There was great knowledgeable staff who are awesome to talk to and they had an amazing showroom! Super pleased with this company so far and I will definately continue ordering from them!

I'm a custom fabricator. 20+ years.. I've seen some pretty cool and interesting things in my career. So I've been wanting to try the new products that they have. Like a kid in a candy store. I came here for 2 things only I told myself. Self control at it's finest. Then the general manager heard me talking about glass lenses cup... .. let me tell you and show you a video. He brought out a Furick cup package....Wow. had to hold back the tears... told him. You're a great salesman! But you don't need to sell it to me. I maintain and didnt buy it. Great place. Great and very knowledgeable. The person that helped me knew exactly what I was talking about and what I was going there for.

I sent an email with a technical question and the response came within an hour. I ordered the tiger torch kit 2 days later (a Friday) and it arrived on Saturday. Amazing service and the prices are very competitive. I am very pleased.

You guys are incredible. I ordered some clamps and magnets Friday morning on my break and they were at my door the next morning everything is always accurate and shipped insanely fast

Update: I spoke with Meghan- who was professional and courteous- to begin the return/repair process on the welder. The next business day after contacting Meghan, the welder was picked and returned to the manufacturer - at no cost to me. I received the welder, 4 business days later.. it would have been 2 days but you know how shipping goes.. This item was shipped straight from the manufacturer - with whom I have all of my gripes. My experience with CWS was pleasant and seamless. Thanks Meghan! Would definitely recommend shopping here.3 days from ordered to delivered - very nice! I was a little disappointed with the shape of the machine upon arrival.. It appears to be used or poorly stored, arrived with a few scuffs and it comes fairly well packaged. Pics are straight out of the box. Will update this review after testing unit.

First time purchasing from this company and no regrets at all. They had everything I wanted in stock plus very fast shipping and delivery. Also, love getting company stickers!
