Very disappointed. Service was disconnect 9 months ago. Still will not give me back the money they owe us. Tried to be patient, kind and understanding with the support agents, I have now been outright lied to, given every excuse going, been hung up on and still can not get my refund. Have called 10+ times now. Spent hours on hold. For a company operating in small towns taking advantage of the customers, treating them like trash, and keeping the hard earned money they worked is beyond disappointing. Do whatever you can to avoid using this company!!!

Their customer support is phenomenal. They would try their best to resolve any issues we had as quickly as possible. However, we would always get extremely high ping and slow service while on a fibre" connection. I would make sure you get a strong connection with this provider in your region before signing with them

Great service. Unheard of for a communication company but nftc is a great Canadian company that is setting the new standard. The speed is reliable. Their communication is amazing. They actually let you know when scheduled maintenance will be done so to not to inconvenience the customer. I used the other big providers and just got frustrated that the other guys seemed to go out of their way to upset and inconvenience the customer. Nftc you talk to a real person. If nftc can't resolve your issue on the phone, they resolve in a timely manner and a real person calls you back to ensure the customer is satisfied.

This company is a joke. I have had nothing but the worst customer service in the past year. I signed up knowing I could pause my services at any time (don't use cable in summer months) now they are telling me I can only pause for 6 months (when I just had it paused for year) and I need to sign a new contract (probably to make me pay new install fees). Then multiple billing issues - charged for months when I did not authorize to re-start the services to be turned back on. It took them 3 months to correct this. + I had set up PAP and they confirmed it was set up but then I received my bill and it said I was past due - I called to confirm this was not true, they confirmed and 2 weeks later received an email saying I was past due. Can never get through to anyone when you call. They say they will call back and don't and don't note your account properly. Poor poor customer service! I don't even want to rate 1 start but its making me.

I had a bad experience with an outage 8 months ago (the line had been severed up the street - allegedly by another utility, and NFTC was spread thin and was slow to respond and diagnose), but I haven't had any problems since. Nate is a wonderful tech to deal with. Juan in customer relations is also very good to deal with and has reached out in an appreciated effort to gather feedback and improve service

3 weeks ago I left a 1 star review regarding the customer service response to an outage I had ongoing for a month.Even though I have since switched provider, I would like to state that they are clearly making an effort to step up their game on custom service and care.I received a very pleasant call from one of their staff members called Juan, who listened to my concerns and reason for leaving. By the end of the call he had regained my faith in the company that they are actively working to provide better customer care and service.

Smaller company working hard to compete with the larger telcoms.No outages in the last year and all interactions with billing or support have been friendly and positive. Some issues with TV / Router connections but support has been helpful.

I gave a 1 star review a couple months ago regarding the quality of customer service. These guys actually listen to you when you have an issue with their service. They have now invested time and money in to the service and technical support and now have reached out to me to make sure everything is running smooth. I have currently up for three months with absolutely no issue or network degrades. Juan reached out to me to make sure everything is running smooth. My number one thing when it comes to business is customer service and they are really stepping up their game with it. Still better then the big three

I have been with NFTC since they came into our community several years ago. I have both high speed internet and cable TV with them. The service is excellent, and any time I have an issue or question their team is quick to respond. I particularly like that this is a Canadian company, and am soooo grateful that I don't have to deal with Bell or Rogers.

Update: after multiple conversations, NFTC did address the problem and issue me a full refund. I am hopeful issues will improve in future.I have never had such awful service from any other tech company. My experience included ongoing tech failures, incorrectly cancelling my account and then billing me for service I never received. I have spent hours on the phone with them with no satisfaction.Awful!
