Awesome experience for brows and permanent jewelry with the Brow Boss. This human is knowledgeable, compassionate, down to earth, and didn’t judge my sweaty ‘just walked the wrong way and couldn’t cross Talbot street’ glow. Jazz colour matched my brows so I can have better upkeep at home!Jazz is a professional, an expert, respects the need for quiet, and supports our community in so many ways. ❤️

I have never had a solid skin scare routine and was a bit daunted by the thought of adding another “thing” to my ever growing to-do list, but knew it was time to get serious about taking care of my skin.I reached out to Jazz and after asking a few questions to get to know my skin type and life style she suggested a 3 step process using products from the Pure Anada line and I am in love! It take less than 2 minutes but feels so luxurious. It quickly became something I look forward to everyday.She was very responsive to some questions I had about the process and was genuinely invested in ensuring the the products were the right fit for me. Another top notch customer service experience from a small local St. Thomas shop ❤️

Jazz is so wonderful to spend your appointment with! They know how to put you at ease and help you see the potential awesomeness of your brows! Did not expect to enjoy having hair waxed of my face, but it was a really great atmosphere and relaxing experience! Looking forward to my next appointment

Jazz is the best! They wax and tint my brows, and I receive so many compliments. Their space is clean, organized and inviting.What sets Jazz apart from others is that they shape your brows according to their potential, which promotes growth and fuller brows. When they apply the tint, it looks natural and not overdone.

My first brow spa experience was excellent! I was in a comfortable, safe and welcoming space, while Jazz worked her magic with my unkempt brows. She let me know what she was doing and taught me some makeup tips to retain my enhanced brows. And people noticed the difference! I will be back again for this special treatment!

Jazz is a miracle worker!I had been waiting a while to get my brows done as I’ve been a little hesitant. You hear horror stories about people who have had bad experience, but I decided to give her a try and I’m so glad I did! Jazz is friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything she was doing and was happy to answer any questions I had. She gave me tips on how to maintain and style my brown. The whole experience was painless and relaxing. I left feeling confident and beautiful, with perfectly shaped and groomed brows. I’ve even started getting my lash tint and lift done by her. I would definitely recommend getting your brows done at the Brow boss; it’s worth every penny!

Jazz is passionate about her work and takes her time to create the perfect brows. I highly recommend her because of her gentle and calm spirit as well as her wax! I have sensitive skin and have only ever got threading done due to breaking out in hives and acne from wax however her wax doesn’t bother my skin at all plus it smells amazing. Jazz’s knowledge and professionalism reflects her pricing as she takes her time to get to know you, your brow history and works towards your brow goals.

Jazz is amazing at what she does! I have been going to her for 5 years and I am so happy with my brows every time! I came to her with overtweezed, terribly shaped brows and she has transformed them! She is super easy to talk to and I love my monthly appointments with her! The brow room is relaxing with nice music, super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend getting in to see her!
