Today is July 27. I have a class that allows for registration by calling the day of. But that doesn’t work when you’re hung up on more than three times despite being the first caller of the day, does it...Lisa at the international registrar (yes I am naming people now) was amazing....but there is only so much you can do f they refuse to pick up right?Shout out to Lisa, I appreciate you. But the normal registrar makes me want to cry.

The office of the registrar does their best to help, unfortunately the tools they are given are not able to support the students, and they are often referred to coordinators and other individuals who, when you speak to them, state that this is a process done by the registrar. Long and short this is the 2nd college I've attended, and frankly as far as staff they are generally nice (Watch for ol' sour face) but sub-par by my standards for support.

I have been calling them since 2 days, I called at least 5 times 30 mins each time, no body answer, I need something urgent but can't get help I paid 56k to this college to for my education, look how they are treating me.

This office is kind of a love hate relationship the staff are super friendly but the wait times suck. Other than that it's a fairly standard room kind of like a walk in clinic waiting to be called.

Everytime I've gone to the Office of the Registrar, I've never had to wait too long considering I've only had minor issues to sort out. The staff have always been kind, courteous and helpful.

Slightly helpful if you can actually manage to get a hold of them on the phone. The line literally hangs itself up after awhile. I’ve been on hold for an hour once and it hung up randomly. Fanshawe please fix this, what are students paying for if we can’t even get the information we need from the school we attend?

Every time I call it takes more than half an hour for them to answer. They finally answer and they transfer my call to someone else just for them not to answer and having to leave a message. Had to call again and it has been 30+ mins and still have not answered.

The worst department I have ever dealt withI have deadline to submit my documents from Fanshawe. At first I was told it will be delivered within a day or 2, and so I paid $20 for priority shipping. Then they said next week and gave me exact date. And I have not yet received my documents.Clearly one of the worst experience I have ever had with any department
