Jane Is such a caring, thoughtful and understanding lawyer. I spoke with her once via telephone and she took the time out to provide me with the necessary information. I'f I'm ever in need of a lawyer, she will be my first option.

Rude, uninformative hung up on me because she wouldn’t have a consultation with me first unless I retained her. StupidWould give her less than one star but it won’t allow me

I highly recommend Jane. She is efficient, matter of fact with a wealth of experience. Her attention to detail is remarkable. I have been very pleased with the service and knowledge she has provided.

One of the worst and incompetent lawyer I ever seen, she dosent know how to handle case. Its better to give money in charity instead of hiring her.

Horrible I went to her because her price seemed reasonable but I guess you get what you pay for I have to be completely honest my case is extremely difficult in it's own right but she is beyond rude and insulting our first initial meeting went well but beyond that it just went left all she did is berate Me through the phone yell at then tell me we've wasted hours and couldn't do any documents she tried dumping me as a client the day before my first court date I threatened to go to the bar association on her she never brought it up but I believe this scared her so she did show up for the first zoom date. I think as a lawyer you have an ethical obligation not to take on a case accept a retainer from someone on a case you believe is unwinnable or have personal reservations about the individuals behavior or conduct not take the $ then later recuse yourself but it seems as if I am not the only person to have a bad experience with this Women. When I spoke to legal aid and mentioned her name and the troubles I was having with her he wouldn't outright disparage her as that is not proper conduct from another lawyer but he did chuckle and hint theirs a reason her legal aid was taken away get your $ right and retain better counsel.

I called Jane via telephone, she was very personable and helpful. When I need a lawyer she will be my go too.

When my fiancé was going through a custody battle back in 2010/2011 Jane did not represent him properly at all. She would be little ,him yell at him over the phone get, and get frustrated when he told her what he wanted. This was the first time ever going to court to even had a agreement made up. She pretty much forced him into signing a horrible court agreement because he was 21yrs old at the time and didn't know better and when he spoke up she would yell at him. Simply we were suppose to trust her in helping us not make matters worse. It was fighting with a brick wall who thought she was better then us . Even when I spoke up or did research she would kick me out of the room when I would bring up certain things which then lead me to always waiting out side of the room and I could hear her raising her voice at him. She used none of the evidence we had build up against the mother of his children. She was very ignorant throughout the whole process and would always get frustrated with us. Never had proper mannerisms or even treating us with respect as human beings when it came to dealing with us. Yes we were young but this was no excuse to her mannerisms or how she treated us. Jane treated us like children and was horrible to deal with especially when a father was trying to fight for rights to the children who was never a bad father to begin with in the first place. The whole family law system already sides with the mother but to have your own lawyer work against you is unbelievable. This isn't me being baised because we had a extremely great lawyer the second time around Allison Hines. Who sees the struggles and flaws in the family law court system it was a completely different experience we had . other FLICK lawyers reviewed our court order and couldn't believe what she did to us. But did state she is known for certain things.I hate to pull the race card but this could have been a role in how she treated us with being different ethnicities other then white. My fiance is a of Jamaican background and I myself of Filipino and Portuguese. She was extremely nice over the phone and was glad to help us before meeting us in person. This just is a thought based on over the years thinking about the whole experience and being more mature and experiencing life and the difficulties of being a minority in today's society. Also with that being said when we went to her office to meet her for the first time that's when it all went to hell. When we went back to court for the second time, she refused to give us the documents we had given to her to copy and give back to us the orginals. But she never didgive us them back and then wanted to charge us for the copies to which it was a letter from the mother of the children and disturbing photographs with notes written behind them. Also when we got a better lawyer Alison Hines she wanted to charge her as well for the documents and was ignorant and rude. I have no idea if Jane has changed but morally I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone.

Horrible. Extremely rude and insulting. Really judgemental tell me that I couldn’t afford her because I was dressed in work clothes. I do not recommend this lady.

Jane was so very helpful. I've been trying to decipher how to handle a family law situation for 2 years now and no one could help me. She provided me with a response and it has made all the difference. She knows her stuff.
