Initially, it took me a few tries to get a hold of someone on the phone. Once I did, I was pleasantly surprised. Jay was super friendly, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. I visited the office in less than an hour from my call and he got everything done thoroughly and quickly. I was on a bit of a time crunch and he even took the time to check out the traffic on Google maps to recommend me the fastest way to my next destination. Thank you Jay!

Today, Tue , I went to the Crowfoot notary at 1:15 pm.Their hours are :Tue & Thu 1:00 pm - 6:30 pm. Door was looked, I knocked , the women came out, and said : It is closed , she has to go somewhere. ! How can you go at your working hours , and at least put some note on the door, so people are not waiting for nothing !Last year, at the same location happened the same thing to me.Total disregard and disrespect of people time , very u professional !I was upset, I was sorry, I even yell at her , so she decided to put stamp on my document !

Thank you for the amazing.service...from.front desk to notary service! They post their fees and stick to them. Also take debit and CCDs! Some places jump around with cost and ask for cash only! Thanks again!

If I could leave less than one star, I would do. She just think about money. She lied about multipage documents policy and price. She charged me $65 extra! Even when I asked her to call her manager to ask about the policy and correction , she made a fake call (pretending calling). Very disappointing!

Superb Service and unbeatable rates! Jay is professional, efficient, friendly and so accommodating. You can't go wrong with this guy-he's a gem. I was able to get a same day appointment and then later in the week, a rush appointment when my documents needed to re-executed.

We made an appt with jay only to realize we were under a tighter timeline than previously thought. He was able to squeeze us in earlier and I cannot say enough about his professionalism. He was prompt friendly and professional. I was overwhelmed with stress of buying a home in a different province and he made the process so easy and set our minds at ease. I would absolutely recommend him.
