I would highly recommend Jaguar Waterloo especially their parts department. Jacek helped me with sourcing a difficult part which the other JLR dealer that my car was being serviced at did not nor did they give me any options which Jacek did provide. He was able to source the part within 2 days and my car was completed the next day. Without that part the eta explained to me could have been 6 months. Jacek, thanks again for your amazing customer service!

If there is an easier way to buy a luxury vehicle I don't know that it exists outside of Waterloo Jaguar.My experience with Chad Ogryzlo as my sales executive was nothing short of amazing right from the start.
