Sapporo Ramen and Bubble Tea
I was surprised to learn of a ramen shop here in the northside. It's a small place where you order at the counter and take a seat. They will bring the food to you. I got the tonkotsu, the broth was cloudy and rich and not overly salty, the alkali noodles were springy and firm, charsiu was very well done as well. It was nice when I ordered extra noodles and it came on the side. I'll be sure to be back to try the other soups!Edit: Shoyu broth is perfect. Nice and flavourful, a clean smooth and perfectly salty.

Got the tonkotsu ramenThe broth wasnt too flavorful, noodles were okay, and the egg was overcookedThe only good thing was the meat which was suprisingly tastyOther then that, its basically ramen in a fast food joint

Sapporo Ramen and Bubble Tea
I've been trying new Ramen places and Pho places lately, just loven soup I guess.I happened across Sapporo Ramen and Bubble Tea and decided to pop in. The place was fairly empty as I eat off peak hours so service/time to get food was good.I wanted to get Gyoza, however they deep fry theirs and I hate that so I skipped ordering them and instead went with a Hong Kong Milk Tea and a Pork Ramen.I have to say the Hong Kong Milk Tea was DELICIOUS, like wow, I live far from this place but I want to go back just to taste it again, it was that good. I'm sitting here just wanting to go get two of these right now but its 2:45AM.That being said the Ramen was nice, the soup broth was really good, however the noodles were just okay. Maybe I just don't really like Ramen noodles? The depth of flavor on the soup broth was really good and the noodles just didn't compare. The meat was also good.Again though that Hong Kong Milk Tea, I have to have it again.

Ordered Beef Ramen and takoyaki to go as I live only 8 mins away. So impressed on how carefully packed and labeled my food is. Ramen is so good and soup is very savory. Takoyaki is also very good. Cute little restaurant with nice ambience. Will come back to try more of their food

Came here after being disgusted by the Tokyo Express down the street disregard for public health and sanitation guidelines. So impressed with Sapporo! Delicious and very quick. Clearly marked signage for mask mandate and designated tables for skip drivers to put their bags on. Really enjoyed our food and will be back

I have eaten in 3 times. Staff are always nice to me. I enjoyed the ramen soup. They have bbt too there.I have ordered many times on skipthedishes. Always comes hot and in time.There's a tim hortons next to it too. I have never had a bad experience here.

Wow! My family and I came for lunch on a Sunday, they were pretty busy, we thought we would have to wait longer to get our food but we were wrong, our food came in freshly made and fast! The food was delicious, fresh and just love the Ramen. Thank you to your Chef and your wonderful service!! We will be regulars!!!

Sapporo Ramen and Bubble Tea
The tonkatsu ramen was very creamy, and a good level of salty. I added black garlic oil to it and it was very nice. Always happy to see when restaurants marinate their eggs! The bean sprouts they put in it gives it a nice texture as well. The noodles weren’t anything spectacular, but overall a delicious meal!
