My wife and I recently had a half day blacksmithing course, we both had an amazing time and learnt a great deal. I would recommend anyone try Alessio's courses.

You won’t find a more experienced or passionate blacksmith! Completely and 100% dedicated to his craft. The one on one courses they offer allow you to test your creative limits, and when you aren’t comfortable, he will step in and explain every single detail on how and more importantly WHY to do or not to do. Very detailed and thorough and I would definitely recommend to anyone of any age to try.Many different types of courses available, and a FULL store FULL of quality custom products.

This is truly a place to learn and gain experience of all types of blacksmithing and craftsmanship. Alessio and I did a 2.5 day 1 on 1 course and it truly was amazing and a great opportunity to work with a man like Alessio. He takes both pride and responsibility in providing his clients with exactly what they want and vision. I thoroughly enjoyed my time yesterday creating my bushcraft knife from a steel blank. Alessio's patience and skills were exemplary ... the hours flew by. By the end of the day I had a beautiful, unique knife which I am very proud of. I can't wait to start my next project!!

Highly informative, hands on and great value. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to try out this craft.I was given a one-one knife making course by wife and kids for Christmas, and it was such an amazing present. Alessio’s is extremely talented in his craft; he has made some spectacular knives, and his talent really shoes through in his teaching, guiding you as you make your own knife with his assistance. What an awe-inspiring experience this course was professional, and he explained Knife making very well and easy to understand. Yes, it’s a long day but well worth it as you can not rush making a knife.Thank you so much Alessio, you were a fantastic instructor, so much patience and kindness!

Went in the store to buy some kitchen knives and the lady helping me (Reanna) was amazing. She spent an hour and a half with me picking out exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into anything. We found a price discrepancy online with another company and even though they are a locally owned business with small margins; she still worked with me and got me situated with everything I wanted. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service experience and I am sure to buy many more products and recommend them to everyone looking for a quality knife.The customer service from the folks there is unmatched by any other company I have worked with.

Cashed in on a 1-day christmas gift knife making course. Firstly, id like to thank AZ Custom Knives for reaching out to me to book the course, otherwise i'd likely have forgotten about it like some of my other gift cards. They went out of their way and i could tell they deeply cared about the craft. The instruction was a good blend of hands-on instruction and solo discovery. The shop is a good space and was clean. The assortment of tools was impressive. The tools were good quality and in good working order. I made a basic knife with a few extras and the price of the extras seemed better than fair. The instructor didnt stop for 10 hours and didnt seem one bit fatigued at the end. If you are interested in knives or learning more about using shop tools definately check this place out! I will also be taking my knives here to be sharpened after seeing how much care and attention they put into it. My knife...it weeeel cut.

I’ve been going here for a while now and have never had anything less than superb service.I have done the course where you build a knife and it was one of the coolest experiences of my life. I also now have a knife that I designed and made that will be passed down to my children one day.Alessio is a true craftsman that cares deeply about the products he creates and it shows in his work and sharpening skills.I’ll be coming here for all my sharpening needs for years to come.

Had a great time doing the blacksmithing course with my father. Learning some of the fundamentals by making a point and also getting a head start on a railroad spike knife. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn the craft and have an awesome time doing it! Amazing teaching and energy in the workshop. All around superb time. Thanks again!
