Nice place to live

Units appear large an from what I can understand reasonable. I was only a visitor. Only complaint I would say is trying to find parking or even getting thru the access road.

Very nice people

It's an amazing place to live. Theres many people who are great and very happy to help you with anything. We have some whom are very nosey and always start problems and will make stories about you. There is a playground for kids but would recommend supervising them as theres 2kids in particular whom like to create problems and there parents will do nothing about it. It's a great place if you stick to your self. Many drug addicts. I moved due to finding crystal meth pipes and needles where my children caught the bus to school

It's an amazing place to live with the exception of 90% of the neighbors being nosey. They are stuck in you business and spread everything you say or do all over the complex. I would recommend it to anyone who is able to keep to themselves. If you have anything you want kept secret I would not suggest this place for you!!!

Lived here just under 20 years and have enjoyed meeting many folks and having safe and affordable housing. The units are well maintained and a good size. There are some inter-personal issues but most can be handled if folks are reasonable and responsible for their actions and that of kids or guests.The local socio-economic issues like mental health, heavier drugs and low income hasn't made it unsafe. We are near 2 very busy roads and thus kids and pets need to be monitored closely. Our roads are narrow so on street parking is limited to designated areas and not on roads or unattended vehicles.Staff and many members are great, courteous and caring neighbours. We do have an annual advertised garage sale that members and outside community folks participate in.Generally if you have many problems you're not familiar with what co-op are about and that we self govern and are NOT cheap housing full of problems. If you knock on most doors someone will help
