Experienced a probl with one of the drawers and they came next day and fixed everything beautifully. Very impressed with their service and professionalism.

I contracted UN Cabinetry to build and install thermofoil cabinets in light grey for a laundry room renovation project.I dealt with Karyn at the Pickering showroom and she spent time with me to make sure that the end result would be exactly what I requested.The installers were on time and did a great job with the installation. In particular, the crown moulding mitres were very neat and tight. Everything fit properly and the end result looks great.

I usually NEVER comment on trades people's work even if they did a substandard job. I usually know how to do the work myself but am too old to physically do it. I am picky and demand almost perfection. For the 3rd time I have used UN Cabinetry but this time on a larger scale. Previously UN Cabinetry built me 2 single cabinets custom made and I was happy with the outcome. The kitchen project that was just completed was huge and we used UN Cabinetry to complete the Kitchen cabinets as we were happy with their previous cabinetry work.From the very start we were so very impressed with the knowledge, patience and expertise of Karyn at the Pickering showroom. We had our own ideas and Karyn would advise us as to whether they were good ideas or not and often referred to her own kitchen layout as to whether certain cabinets were great to have or not. We sincerely appreciated her common sense input. Sometimes these so called cute cabinet ideas are not functional or logical in certain layouts and Karyn was there to guide us appropriately.We had another Kitchen cabinetry group give us a price on same layout and they were less expensive than UN Cabinetry but we were so impressed with Karyn we immediately made the decision to contract UN Cabinetry for our kitchen project.The different teams that came in to complete this project were very professional and were always aware of not marking other walls or belongings. I accidentally marked and end piece of a cabinet when attempting to install an electrical plug in. UN Cabinetry took this damaged piece out and took it back to their business and resprayed it then reinstalled it at no charge. Can You Believe This!!!! It was totally my fault.We are so impressed with the quality of work that UN Cabinetry provides that we wanted others to know they could hire this company and not be worried as to the integrity and professionalism that they offer.

We have been choosing UN Cabinetry for years, they're absolutely fantastic!! Their quality of work and professionalism are a few of the many reasons why I will continue to stick with them. I've recommended their work to many others, in which they did a fantastic job with kitchens, but just recently reached out to Chrystal for a quote on an island for a new condo. The quality is absolutely amazing, and I am so happy with the finished product! Prices are always the best and affordable as well. I will soon go back for a kitchen renovation, as they exceeded our standards in my prior home. Not only are they so flexible and reliable, but they continued to keep in touch for any tweaking or changes we wanted done. After they installed my island, I changed my mind on a part of the cabinet, in which they immediately came to the my rescue to change and ensure I was happy with the final result. Overall, I will never ever go elsewhere because UN is the absolute best!! 5+ stars always. Thank you to Chrystal, Tony and the UN team!!

Crystal and her team were a pleasure to work with. She listened very carefully to what we wanted and didn't try to 'over-sell' us features we didn't need. She offered excellent design advice and was open to making changes in her design along the way. We went with her most basic offerings in almost all of our choices for cabinets, hardware, countertop and she treated us like a highly valued client. I love some of the small design suggestions she made. For example - slightly shifting the sink in order to get another bank of drawers closer to the breakfast table.The installers were so careful and precise. They are perfectionists when it comes to adjusting doors and drawers.Over a year later we bought a new gas stove which forced us to have to re-configure a corner cabinet. Crystal obliged even though the change had nothing to do with her initial scope of work. She advised us, ordered the factory change, had the installers come and now it's all back to perfect functionality. She did not even charge us for this installation change over a year later!Amazing - thank you Crystal!

UN Cabinetry replaced our kitchen cabinets. We worked with Karyn at the Pickering location. Karyn was very professional, timely and patient. She has a lot of knowledge about cabinets. She was open to all our unique ideas and very accommodating. The cabinet installers were all very friendly and professional.Thank you Karyn and the rest of your team!

I don't usually write reviews, but we are incredibly happy with our new kitchen. We get so many complements from our friends. We met with many other contractors, but the decision to go with UN cabinetry was an easy one after we met with Crystal. She was a great help. Crystal created 3D drawings of our kitchen on her computer so we could better visualize the look and the layout. Her computer renderings looked very close to the final result. The construction went well. When we were not happy with one of the smaller details, they were quick to change it without any complaints. The quality of work is amazing and we are very happy with the result.

We came across UnCabinetry when were looking to replace kitchen cabinets and backsplash. Karyn even spent extra time on graphic design for our entire kitchen just so we would be sure about litle details.Second project was to replace 3 freestanding bathroom vanities with floating ones, replace 3 regular toilets with one tankless, one smart toilet and one wall hung, replace floor tile in powder room, replace ceiling fan and install pot lights.(vanity cabinets were provided by us)The work was exceptional and done quickly. Finishing drywall was particularly good considering I am a perfectionist. Great communication throuout proccess and good value for the price. We look forward to working with them to finish the rest of the kitchen.

Two weeks still waiting for quotation.After I inquire and text messgae and called, she said WE VERY BUSY, and hung up the phone, quotation is not ready, and need more time, to GIVE PRICE, on text message, without even wanting to show the design. EVERYTHING VERY PROPER.I Don't recommend this place, if this is the start, by being late, just imagine what will be the delay during installation.

I had gotten a few quotes from other contractors, but once I met Crystal l decided to go with UN cabinetry. Crystal did an amazing job in custom design cabinetry for my new kitchen. The installers were professional, timely and did a fabulous job.I was so impressed and happy with their service and I have referred two new jobs and both were well done. I give UN cabinetry a five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
