Pizza was okay but the delivery driver was rude first acting like he had no change when I could clearly see he did still gave a $10 tip no thank you or anything he rolled his eyes actually thought he was going to get all the change that was left which was $25 delivery drivers are getting ridiculous now think they entitled to large tips…tips are for good service not poor service

My mother and I are VERY upset about this location getting rid of the lunch buffet. We drove from our town into burlington just to visit this location specifically for their buffet. I don't understand why they would remove it when every time we went there were many people eating from it. After being told there was no buffet, we asked to see one of their menus. The staff was not very helpful and stared at us for about a minute before saying anything. The staff said it's the same menu" to which we insisted we see one. He gave us one and did not hear him say another word after that. Like others have said

Had a bad experience while just entering. One old lady. She doesn’t have sense to talk with customer. She literally ask us too seat on floor. Is that the way you talk with customer? I think she doesn’t like that we came at closing time but i am sure we reached at hour before the closing time. Was disappointed with that customer service.I gave 2 start just because of quality of food and the other lady who actually takes our order. She was very kind and well behaved.

I've always enjoyed getting my pizza from this location but the other night was even better than usual! I ordered ahead for New Year's Eve and when I went to pick up, although they were crazy busy, it was better than I could have expected for the amount of orders they were doing!

“ Great pizza, fair price, and great service. Seat you immediately, no wait to be seated. ill definitely go back !” Was my review before this new management. They took out the Pizza Hut buffet. This has been a tradition for almost 30 years. No reason to ever go back there again!!!! New management needs to go or bring the buffet back.
