i had an appointment today at the berri location but when i got there the door was locked. i called the number they sent in my confirmation email and the automatic message said that the center was closed on the weekend. i dont understand why i was able to book an appointment on a saturday if the center is closed.

I've got an appointment and arrived on time only to find out the door is locked and no code was provided by either text or email.I called them and had to leave a voice message. I sent an email as well.Really not user-friendly"The clinic is the one on Berri"

I am reading the reviews and seeing I am not the only one living this. The lower stars is not for the clinic or the nurses working there. The nurses are amazing. Busting their ***** for you. The clinic is clean. I just think the promise of your results within a week would be given and delivered. But here I am on 2 week plus... waiting for my other parts of the test" . Other testing clinics always delivered as promised within the promised timeframe of a week. But this time I got told "because of Covid".... it would be another week for my pdfs results . Well guess what

Amazing concept, getting tested is finally easy and affordable, and feels way more private to fill in a questionnaire than have these very personal questions asked. I've already recommended this place to a ton of people.

Very nice concept, organized and uncomplicated.The nurse was friendly and professional.4 stars because of the delayed results for up to three weeks from the initial one week promise. Understandable because of COVID

Got 2 of my results and was told the others were not ready and I would have to wait up to 7days, ok. It's been 10 business days, I called and was told yup, normal, we will email. Bye and hung up.....tres beau service, merci. Never AGAIN!

They failed 5 times when trying to get my blood for the blood test saying my veins are small (which has never been a problem for me before). They left me alone in a room when I told them I will probably faint. I had a terrible experience.I went back the second time to get it done. It was a different nurse and she was really nice, managed to get the blood on the first try.However, I need the first nurse to sign a document as it is necessary for my health document, they are just not responding and it's been 4 months.

2 stars for the fast appointment reservation and easy self testing. Unfortunately i had a bad experience with this clinic. They told me the results come out in around a week, that was the reason i did my tests there because I was traveling in 2 weeks from the date of my appointment. I am on vacation now, its been more than 2 weeks and still no results. I told the doctor who called me on the phone that I need the results before I leave Montreal in case I need to be treated (prescribed antibiotics or other medications). Quebec’s medical system is far from being on the same level as Europe. So much for this big modern country Canada. The clinic could ve at least tell me that there are chances the results may take more than a week and in that case I would ve probably gone to a private clinic or somewhere else.

Easy to make reservations and low cost if you have a Quebec health card. The nurse is nice and helpful.BUT THEY LOST MY BLOOD SAMPLES TWICE!
