Came here just for the cocktails. You don’t get the best views of the CN tower but the pool glowing purple and blue at night is pretty cool.Highly recommend the Blushing Geisha and the Yuzu Shizo Mojito if you’re into fruitier cocktails. Cocktails here ain’t cheap, price ranges from $18-24. They have some big ticket cocktails that are $200-300 in which you could share with your group. Never tried but even if I had a big group, I can’t justify this price tag.1Hotel is so beautiful, I love the boho decors and the scent they’ve created at the lobby. Makes me feel like I’m somewhere down south at a luxury hotel!Losing a star as the place was packed and we were kind of standing the entire time by the bar. Bartenders were amazing and professional!

Top notch service and beautiful ambience and city views on the rooftop! I hope there will be more vegan options on the menu in the future, considering Hotel 1 prides itself as a sustainable hotel. They don’t typically serve desserts, although we got a complimentary vegan apple crumble that was super yummy with thanks to our kind host and event coordinator (Stephanie!). Overall great experience, and we’re looking forward to holding our event here next year! :)

Nice views of the 6. The shrimp was seasoned so well!! The sushi was fresh and filling. Our server was the sweetest person

Had been here for a celebratory evening. Staff were very courteous and wished us (they read notes!) We had a few cocktails and tried the sushi. Very tasty and flavoursome. Comfortable seating and nice views. Was nice and warm all through.Definitely a spot to visit again!

What a bar on the 16th floor of the 1 Hotel Toronto. Staff are amazing, the vibe is awesome and the veiwd of the Toronto skyline are fantastic. It's a pricey place but worth going to if you've never been.

Harriet's Rooftop
I visited Harriet’s Rooftop at Hotel 1 this past Friday for drinks. Firstly, it’s a little hard to find. Google maps brings you to the main restaurant in Hotel 1, but the entrance is actually through the main lobby (beside Casa Madera). You’ll walk in and take an elevator up to the rooftop. The bar and seating area itself is gorgeous. It’s absolutely scenic, a great place for pictures, and very vibey.The food and drinks are expensive, and they are small portions. Expect to pay for the atmosphere and experience of going. My drink was good (I got the purple rain), but it was nothing mind blowing for $22. I find this pretty average for a cocktail in Toronto at a nice place - but the drink itself wasn’t anything special.We didn’t order food, but it was mostly seafood. We saw lots of plates come out and the presentation was always nice.The servers were all very friendly, but the service was exceptionally slow. We were there for about an hour and a half and only had one drink each at a table for two. It was clear our server forgot to bring our bills, as it took half an hour for them to come after we requested them.The dress code is dress to impress - this is definitely more dressy at night. Our reservation was at 8pm and we came in dress pants, sneakers and dressy tops. This was pretty on par with other guests, there was also a fair amount of sundresses. For 9pm after I would come in heels and a cocktail dress or floor length dress, even (for women). Men, no jeans for sure.I would come back for a special occasion or niche night out. It’s fun to do once or twice for the experience of going. I wouldn’t come on a night you have a timeline if you need to be somewhere else as you will likely be at Harriet’s longer than you’d expect.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning and has a great view. Aesthetically pleasing for sure makes for great photos however the service was extremely slow it took forever for someone to take our drink order then took even longer to get our drinks. We had to actually ask if someone could take our food order, for the cost and what they offer should have way better service

It is easy to reserve a table and the restaurant is well located with a beautiful view. The atmosphere changes depending on the time you go to the restaurant (more festive in the evening). The meals are good and so are the cocktails.
