I have been dealing with this UPS only as the staff here is excellent. If you want to give that special person a birthday/anniversary card this is the place to go. For the last few years, my go to person has been Jessica. I bring in my pics or send her my pic and she makes it happen. It could be an 80th party with an 80 picture poster or a “one of a kind” card. In the end it costs the same as a Hallmark card but is so much more personal. Check it out! Thanks to all of you at Portland Street UPS. Sandy

I don't know if this is the correct spot to leave this but your staff are extremely incompetent and rush you off the phone because they have average handle times to get the calls completed by and therefore you get rushed or bounced around the system. Agents don't know jack either, told me my stuff was out for delivery and I've been waiting all day after taking time off work and it wasn't even sent out. No apologies or anything. Very rude and just completely incompetent. They're outsource workers in the phone. Go with someone else.

Very very rude and scary experience from your staff members .i was there to scan my important government documents in the store there was 2chineese ladies .one old and one young .the old one was very rude and not good in communication .so i gave my documents to her for scanning .that idiot woman put everything through the machine for scanning .i dont know when it is important documents some one while handling with that much less care .eveywhere the staffs will scan those one by one.she destroyed my very important papers they were completely destroyed and didn’t even say a sorry .so rude behaviour.she is not eligible to work with such a behaviour.then she put my documents again second time and damaged and i was sure that lady doesn’t know what she is doing .unsatisfactory experience with ups .totally unacceptable.i would never come to your store for any reason again. I asked for the manager the the young Chinese girl told i don’t know the manager .such a lie.then theold woman told i am the manager

Gave away my booked and confirmed uhaul truck to someone else that just walked in ahead of me and when I got there to pick it up she gave me a 1-800 number to call and told me to deal with it myself. She said she doesn’t go by the reservations and if someone else shows up with the money first they can have it! Absolutely ridiculous and terrible service! Ended up having to cancel the movers I had hired and still had to pay them just because I couldn’t get a replacement truck anywheres in the city last minute and she decided to give away my guaranteed confirmed truck.

I have used this UPS location twice to ship large semi/fragile paintings. The service was so accommodating and helpful. The paintings arrived safely. The staff were patient with me with quotes and options, and did a thorough job of safely and efficiently wrapping the paintings. I rarely leave reviews but this place has great service.

This UPS location has so much more than just shipping. I went in to talk to someone about shipping a few small packages and quickly realized I could cut out two other errands I had planned because they also offer other services. I had an old photo restored and printed here, one of the girls, Jessica, does incredible photo restoration work! The printing of said photo was great quality. I also had a poster printed here as they offer wide format printing as well! Very impressed, will surely return for other printing and design needs!!

This place helped us ship multiple packages and save so much money. The staff were professional and knowledgable and extremely gracious and kind. They helped us pack a few boxes and ship multiple more. They helped us through the paperwork and made it easy for us and ended up saving us over a thousand dollars through their helpful service and knowledgable advice, and they were very kind during it all. I would recommend this store everytime.

Went to the ups store in Dartmouth ns to return an item and all the two employees could tell me is why they could not help. Did not want to help, bad attitude . Went to Canada and no issue at all post and

The worst customer service I have ever seen. The woman behind the counter was very rude from the moment I walked through the door.I walked in with a return parcel and said hello, she doesn't great me back just rudely tells me to put it on the scale and take a picture, really? I asked her for a receipt and she says loud and rudely that I have a picture? I again tell that I require a receipt for proof of drop off and the woman mumbles something under her breath, in some language that I don't understand, and throws the receipt on the counter in a very disrespectful way. The worst thing is I believe she might be the owner / manager of the place.Looks really bad for UPS having a pickup / drop off store treating their customers like dirt. Will also file a complaint with UPS Canada about this location.
