Passport photo rejected. Myself and other family members have tried this place a couple times, and I could swear there is less than a 50/50 chance they will produce something of sufficient quality. I will not be using them anymore. Upon informing the store of the photo rejection, the clerk promptly deflected the blame elsewhere. Sloppy and incompetent.

The person doing our passport photos was great! Very kind and efficient. Our son is special needs and has a hard time sitting on the stool and he was very patient with him! Would definitely go there again!!

Passport phots were rejected due to poor quality and not meeting basic specifications. Resulted in a wasted trip to Kitchener and the time waiting in line. Passport office said they reject many photos from D&I. Save yourself the extra trip and go elsewhere for your pictures. We had them done elsewhere in town for less than half the price with better service and a quality product.
