Definitely a family feel to this pet store. Such a kind owner. You will be greeted by Bob the cat if he isn't napping somewhere. I will only shop here for my pet needs. He has a great selection of raw foods and will bring in a brand just for you.

You are greeted by Bob the cat (see picture) when you enter into the store. Friendly and helpful owner with lots of parking and handicap parking too. We use the store to get Congo Raw and our dogs’ diet has never been better. This pet store is recommended.

You will probably be welcomed by one of the cats first as Tom is most likely receiving product or cleaning. Tom has a wide variety of specialized products and is always interested in hearing about more. He genuinely cares about animals and has a massive photo collection of some of his clients' pets on the wall behind the check out.If it's not in stock Tom will go above and beyond to try and get it in for you.His prices are just right. As a sole proprietor of a small business he needs to make a living, and while you may find a nominal increase in some products others are lower - for instance, dog food prices cheaper than other chain stores that offer the 13th bag for free (after buying 12) and you will most certainly discover his generous selection of frozen/raw dog foods priced reasonably.

Warm and friendly atmosphere always. Our Harley loves the raw frozen chicken feet and their chews. Shop local, yes. In fact, am out of chicken feet again..... :).

I didn't know where to begin to feed my dog a raw diet, the gentleman at the store helped with everything I need but also gave me more confidence to organize my dog's diet. They have a great selection of raw food in store. And Bob, the store cat, has awesome customer service!

Great independent pet store. The owner will order any product for you that they don't already have on the shelf. Large variety of Raw Food and they even have a dog wash. Will continue to return here for the great service and friendly cat store cat, Bob.

Love and Paws Pet Store in Pickering has undergone a fantastic transformation under new management. The fresh look is inviting, and I'm thrilled to hear they'll be offering grooming services soon. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great selection of high-quality pet supplies. A must-visit for pet owners in the area! Five stars!

Great store with a great selection. Just started our dogs on raw foods after watching the documentary Pet Fooled. Good prices and Tom is very knowledgeable. He has 2 new long term customer's Frank & Beans!
