Humberview Mobility

If you are debating Humberview, debate no more because I am over joyed to write this review for them! Ryan is an absolute amazing man!!! He has had my back for 2 years now! and i know he will continue to have my back. we have had a long 2 years. but because of his don't give up" attitude and commitment to his clients

We bought a Dodge Grand Caravan from Humberview Mobility.We were dealing with Ryan. He was absolutely extraordinary, wonderful, knowledgeable, polite and went an extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. He treated us like VIP.I would very much recommended Humberview Mobility and Ryan

I have never in many years felt the need to write a Google review of someone’s work ethic, until I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Bedard.A sudden and dramatic change in my medical condition left my accessible vehicle unsuitable, and I required an accessible van to get me to medical appointments, etc. Although there was some urgency, Ryan in his wisdom was able to slow me down enough to make sure the vehicle we chose would be suitable long-term. Once we had determined the correct vehicle he sourced a slightly used van at a fantastic value. Ryan also drove the van two hours north to save me the difficult trip. Months later Ryan is still in touch, inquiring about my health and well-being.I have never met a person (especially a car salesman) that cared more about the client than the sale. I would have no hesitation recommending Ryan or dealing with him again for future vehicle purchases.I should add that we love our Dodge van and I wish I hadn’t been so stubborn and bought a van years ago. Not having to transfer and break the W/C down is so much easier.

I recently picked up my new accessible vehicle from Humberview Mobility! Dan Sharples was my sales consultant and he was tremendously helpful in providing advice and helping us navigate through the entire process from start to finish. I cannot thank him enough!!With the ongoing global chip shortage, it was difficult to find the vehicle I wanted and I didn’t want to settle for just whatever was available. On top of that we had to ensure the vehicle we purchased prior to sending it off to BraunAbility conformed to their requirements for modification as well. Despite these challenges, Dan was always available to answer any of our questions or concerns. Our previous vehicle was modified at one of Humberview’s competitors in the area but we didn’t receive the same level of customer service hence why we ended up going ahead with the process via Humberview instead. Once we finally got our hands on a minivan, they also made the drop off and pick up process for modification really convenient as well by providing my family and I shuttle service.I highly recommend these guys if you’re in the market for an accessible vehicle whether you choose to purchase an already converted vehicle or bring something to them like we did I’m sure they will take care of you!! Hopefully, I won’t need a new vehicle for a long time but when I do I know where to go!

I worked in the Customer Service industry for more than 37 years. My bar for customer service is pretty high and Rob Simon and team greatly exceeded my expectations. At our booked appointment Rob showed me a variety of vehicles. He even drove a vehicle from Toronto to Port Hope to check my height requirements. I was amazed. Another van came available and Rob drove the van to meet me at my driving lesson in Whitby (learning to drive with hand controls). I would have purchased the van sight unseen but Rob wanted me to see it in person. Hand controls and special drivers seat were installed and appointment was booked with tech Ed Antonio to check that everything was set to my comfort and liking. After purchase Rob reached out to make sure I was satisfied. I love my van and the freedom it gives me. I cannot say enough positive about Humberview Mobility with Ryan in Toronto and Dwayne in Sudbury. They both went far above and beyond assisting me to compare available accessible vehicles and point out the pros and cons of each vehicle. With Sudbury being far closer for me, Dwayne arranged to have the three different vehicles I was interested in to be in Sudbury for inspection. This saved me considerable time and effort traveling to Toronto instead. Being a WSIB client I am forced to deal with WSIB's preferred provider who is another Braunability dealer. That dealer denied that I could even purchase a Braunability Traverse in Canada, much less supply one. Humberview had them in stock and spent a lot of their own time and effort in assisting me obtain a Braunability Traverse of their own stock through another Braunability dealer for which they received little to no compensation. Their sole concern was the quickest way to assist me to obtain the accessible vehicle that I required for my quality of life. Everyone who I dealt with at Humberview were fantastic, knowledgeable people who went out of their way to do anything to assist with obtaining the most suitable accessible vehicle for my needs. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend Humberview Mobility to anyone.

I would like to express my gratitude to Brian and his team for their honesty and helpfulness during my last visit.My scooter lift was not working. Technician diagnosed my problem was weather related and therefore no further repairs/action was necessary. HONESTY is a big plus for you.I was not charged for this and offered to buy him coffee but he refused to accept.Receptionist was helpful and polite and so were Brian and his Technician.

Recently I was into Humberview Mobilty with my sister who was in need of a accessible van that could be outfitted with hand controls and a driver's seat that she could access from her wheelchair. Rob Simon went out of his way to make sure she understood all the options and asked lots of guestions about what she wanted and expected from the vehicle. He was very professional in all his communications during this process. Not talking down to her but with her. He found her the best vehicle for her needs and had it set up by Ed Antonio. On delivery day Ed went over everything about the vans operation with her. He gave her his card and said call anytime if you have questions or concerns adding I always answer so call anytime. Rob has been in touch a few times since which was nice. I know the whole process meant a lot to my sister and to get her freedom and mobility back after 4 yrs has meant a lot to her.Thanks guys
