The best place in Saskatoon to rent an apartment. The rent is month to month. The building is great. It is million times better than everything else in this area. The service is very decent. I've been to 4 different apartements in Saskatoon. And Cambridge court house is definetelly the best one. Really much much better than all the others.

I lived there for nearly two years and had a great experience with Duane. The only reason we even moved out was because my girlfriend and I wanted to get a place with a friend of ours, but there are only 1 bedroom suites available. Landlord is very nice, understanding, and saw to it that we had maintenance done ASAP. For the price and location, they're a hidden gem for living downtown.

I found this underneath the billing it sticks horribly I also found a huge wasp nest but I didn’t go near that because I very allergic to wasps no luckily I did not get stung
