Dr. Andrei Moldoveanu Office

This review was previously a 5-star. Loved going for appointments here. Dr. Moldoveanu is one of the kindest, most generous and understanding doctors I have ever met, and is very funny and wonderful to work with.Unfortunately I had some conflicts with this office ending in me receiving several threatening phone calls from the receptionist, essentially refusing to pass on my record to a new doctor and trying to blackmail me for my own medical information. Scheduling is slow and I have arrived to see my appointment taken by someone an hour late, pushing my appointment back, in addition to this incredibly unprofessional behavior from the office.If he was smart, he'd probably get a new receptionist, but they probably like scaring people away cause it keeps them less busy. Ridiculous.

Dr. Moldoveanu is a great professional. I saw him with my thyroid hyperactivity (a complicated, autoimmune condition). He prescribed the best and well tried method that worked. Always was patient and explained me all the questions I had.

Dr. Andrei doctor dropped my wife from his appointments list after one year of visits, follow ups, and prescriptions. He booked her appointment booked 6 months ago but when she called to confirm was told its been cancelled. Without any kind of reasoning, his secretary told us we need a NEW referral as if my wife is not a patient and the doctor won't entertain any of her questions until she has a referral". She had a simple question about the medication which Dr. Andrei prescribed

Dr. Moldoveanu was very patient in listening to my history, understood the issue and first shot able to resolve it for me. He pin pointed the cause, made a relatively simple change to my medication and my numbers are in order once again after so many years. I truly recommend him as a specialist and lucky to have him locally here in Victoria. Thanks.

Dr Moldoveanu helped me with my diabetes. He is the best specialist in the city.He saved my life.Top in his field, Personable , patient , honest , knowledgeable... he should be given an award for the best endocrinologist in the province.

An excellent Specialist. He brought me from 250 daily units of insulin (enough to drop a rhinosaurus) to 28 units once a day. A complete lifestyle change with over 100 lbs lost. New clothes were the order of the day. Highly recommended but be prepared to work hard.

This individual is only capable of offering a very limited level of service. He will push medical devices as a first priority, but past that don't expect any in person appointments or personalized care.

Dr. Moldoveanu is the best Dr. Ive had. He listens to you, and will help make a plan for your physical needs. He shows concern and empathy for me and helps me through my journey. My sugars went from 13 to 6.1. If i can do this you can too. All you need is the willingness to do what is asked of you. And by the way ivelost 53 lbs.

Dr. Moldovan is the best In his field. He is compassionate and listens to your concerns. He has literally saved my life and continues to give me the best of care.He requires you to follow his instructions if you want to be healthier.
