Grand Car Wash

I was a little skeptical because the price was so cheap. They have been around for awhile so i know they must be good or else they won't be in business. I had my car done last Sunday. I am so impressed with the team. They gave my car a brand new look. My interior and exterior were super clean. I strongly recommend them. I booked a second appointment to have my other clean by them. I know it will be in good hands.

I got the showroom detail package on Feb 8, 12 pm. Car was cleaned pretty good but they didn't clean the rubber mats. I was told that the stains weren't coming off but I came home and tried it myself with basic laundry detergent and I was able to do it. Attaching a picture of the rubber mat. I don’t take these reviews lightly but I feel accountable to share this service to warn others so they avoid being in this situation.I had booked the Platinum Package (approx. 2 hrs. and 15 mins. in duration according to their site) as well as the drop off/pickup service. For starters, the driver that was supposed to drop me off, was late by 20 minutes. This wasn’t the biggest issue, but they did not even offer to waive the fee for drop off/pickup considering I had to wait. Second, when I received the call that my car was finished, it had only been about 1 hour 45 mins. This directly reflected the condition I found my car in...There were still soap suds on my car, my mats were not thoroughly washed, my seats were still wet, and the worst of it, there was a huge scratch on the driver’s side window (attached photos here).When I notified the manager, she suggested that the scratch had been there previously (I know for a fact that it wasn’t). She offered to buff out the scratch, but once that proved to not help, she proceeded to convince me that it had been there prior.I understand that mistakes happen, but what I will not stand for is companies that cut corners in their quality of work and have a lack of accountability. I wasn’t even offered compensation for the service they provided me, which in my opinion, was the least they could have done. From start to finish, I feel that the service I received was not up to any acceptable standard.

Got their platinum package that's currently on sale and I'm very happy with how clean my car is after. They were professional and accommodating with moving my appointment to a different date and time. I highly recommend them and would def go back in the future

I had a great first time experience today detailing my car, it looks amazing. Yashna was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely come back.

Being a car enthusiast I have used many car detailing services over the years and I am thoroughly impressed with the services I received on my car. They did an amazing job on detailing, best prices. Super friendly, accommodated my needs. Would highly recommend them and use their services again.

-Not impressed. They change staff here so often it's a shame.-They keep their place so dirty, how can they even manage to clean your car,when the shop is filthy.-The female manager is very prideful and won't admit when she's wrong, so she posts replies to negative reviews as if many customers are randomly lying.-Go to a proper detailing shop, they charge the same or less than this dirty car wash"."

Good rate for detailing. I booked prior appointment. Although they handed over the vehicle back to me in time, it was not dry enough and I had to spend couple of hours at home to dry mats and the vehicle it self.

Amazing service! They relaly took great care of my car, including all my additional requests. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I will definitely be coming back here!
