I have been dealing with my insurance agent Harkirat Kaur for the last three years. All I have to say is that she is highly professional and has provided excellent customer services and that is the reason I have insured my second car with Desjardin recently.

Worst auto insurance company i had seen ever. I had my car insurance policy going on with this company for last two years, they claim that I've been living on different address though i have their insurance discount app on my phone that records all my trips. I've send them pictures of my trips for last 3 months, still won't agree.. Even i provided them my lease papers clearly mentioned my name on it still they rejected my proof and want to cancel my policy...... totally disappointed with em... there was a guy named ishrat, he was handling my case I've been asking him whats wrong with my paper work for being rejected every time and he never clear the thing.. when i start calling their office 4 - 5 times a day then he said it's mandatory that your name is on lease papers... also i tries to contact devinder every time i had to hear that he is unavailable at the moment... worst experience ever with desjardins....
