We stopped in for a patio set, they could get it within a week but we wanted it right away! Our salesperson Tricia did everything she could and even convinced the manager to let us take something off the lawn today! Great service, thank you. We highly recommend the team in Olds as they will always strive to go above and beyond for their customer!

I just wanna say that I was really impressed with Jasmine. She looks so young, and yet very smart and excellent with customer service. A skill that not a lot of people have. She knows her products, services offered, etc, really really well.We just moved to Olds with a growing family and just bought a house, expenses can be overwhelming. Jasmine acknowledged that part and really tried her best to at least help us save money with our big purchase.You guys are lucky to have someone like her in your team. We will continue to do business with your store and we'll always ask Jasmine cos she is, by far, the best who we we have encountered in dealing with our purchases.

It was so easy to find a chair from the sale display! When Ashley joined me, I knew I was in good hands! Ashley went through all the details and I was ecstatic to find that she could make an even better deal than I had expected. This was not my first purchase from the Brick and I was definitely not disappointed!

Ashley and Logan in Olds were super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain different aspects of each mattress and made sure I was getting the right fit for me! Delivery was super quick and easy too.

Just had a really awesome experience at The Brick in Olds. We went in to test out a couch and were blown away by the service from Tricia Zyderveld. Tricia was really professional and we didn't feel that we were being pushed into anything. I highly recommend Tricia when you are looking for new furniture for you home.

Tricia Zyderveld was the sales rep when i purchased my bed and bedroom furniture...she was super helpful working with me to make sure everything would fit properly with my decor and the room size. I definitely recommend this location for the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff.

Ashley was very helpful with my phone order of a Midea 10.2 cu.ft. chest freezer. I bought the extended warranty because if I don't use it I will get it back as in-store credit at the end of the 5 years! How wonderful is that!! Win win

Just bought a couch and sofa from The Brick. Jasmine helped us and went absolutely above and beyond. We couldn't come into the store, so she helped us decide over the phone. She even went as far as sitting on each couch and calling us to let us know what each one was like. She is knowledgeable, and absolutely goes above and beyond to help. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.
