Giving 5 stars only for the manager that helped me get my couch, but as for delivery i would give a ZERO! my couch was supposed to be here today between 4-6pm and every time i called they kept saying 5 or 10 more min. Well its past 8pm and the store is now closed so i dont even know if they are coming or not.

Love my living room set. They delivered it for free and gave me no hassles. I was able to work with Aaron to figure out what would work best for my budget. They have a good selection.

Approval process and using the website to reserve items was not easy to understand and made it difficult to get in touch with the store I was looking to purchase from. The site should be more transparent with their process and let the customer know that just because you reserve items and provide billing details, that doesn’t mean you’ll be approved for the rental agreement. Please make this process easier for your customers! Just my thoughts and feedback

Worst place to rent from. They will harass you will phone calls if you miss a payment. The manager Jessica is disrespectful and rude. They took money from my credit card without permission and i don't have account with them. So just beware of that store.

This location for rac is great. It's big on selection and the staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location.

They lie to you to get the sale and make up stuff to tell you to sign then when u have an issue they say it's not our problem you signed the contract. When in reality everything they told me face to face was lies and contradicted everything in the contract. These guys are lying deceiving cheats. Not to mention they don't know what they are doing. They brought me three different mattress before I git the one I ordered and tried giving me used mattresses at that. They sent out a used TV with the wrong remote and called it new because it was the floor model?! How many times has that new" TV been turned on
