After plumbing work was completed following an upstairs bathroom leak, our insurance company recommended Atlantis to us. The inspection, drying, coordination with insurer, work by external contractor (Bender Painting) were painless, timely and work completed to our satisfaction. Office staff Laura was responsive and was timely in her communication. Recommend!

When there’s a flood, the people you deal with can either increase or decrease the stress and disruption you are already feeling. Atlantis was exemplary in decreasing our stress throughout restoring our basement after a second flood in six months.Bruce, Laura, Alex, and Matt were highly professional, respectful, efficient, responsive, and thorough in assessing the problems and solutions. They were patient and clear in answering questions and explaining what was being done – and why – and all work was completed very quickly.Our interactions with Atlantis and the care they took were calming and instilled confidence in them. Further, when something was not done 100% correctly, Bruce and team addressed it immediately and proactively at their own expense – again demonstrating excellent customer service.We felt in capable hands and could breathe again when dealing with Atlantis. I choose Atlantis Restoration by reading their GooglevReviews to repair damages to flooring due to a water leak in my appartment. My contacts were Ryan and Laura. Needless to say they and their Team completed the restoration to satisfaction with no hassle good communication and response to everything that needed to be done. Our home had a roof damage that made our ceiling collapse; of course, this is a very stressful situation, and a new experience for us, as it is for many, and we didn’t know where to start! Our insurance company recommended Atlantis Restoration come and take a look. Since our insurance recommended them, we felt very comfortable. Bruce, the manager attended our home quite quickly, was able to bring in all the workers in order, in a very timely manner. Laura, who did most of the organizing of workers was very good at communicating who was coming and going. They were prompt, experienced and professional from start to finish. I’m so happy to have worked with this company. Hopefully, I won’t have to call them again, but, I’m case of anything happening, I know who to call! Excellent company.

My house insurance policy provider BCAA recommended Atlantis Restoration as a preferred company. Ryan Hughes the Project Manager came promptly to my home as soon as he was notified . He was friendly , knowledgeable and discussed several options for dealing with water damage to my house . Atlantis Restoration is a family business and I think it made all the difference in the attention I was given to my concerns .Together we decided upon a workable personally tailored solution which was minimally invasive to my time . Adam also helped me save money by giving me clear direction on performing some of the tasks myself. Highly recommend this company

This was our first experience with an insurance claim, We had a leak in our pipes which damaged the walls, ceilings, floors, etc. and phoned BCAA & got the name Atlantis Restoration which we phoned & Bruce a partner in the family owned business as well as Ryan, Brad & Laura responded immediately to initiate the restoration with the sub trades. We were dreading what had to be done, but we did not have to worry, right from the beginning the organization, co-ordination & professionalism of the sub trades was exceptional from packing up & moving out the furniture, drywalling, painting, etc and the move back was communicated before each job which was wonderful. We cannot thank you enough for making a stressful situation so pleasant, Atlantis for co-ordination & organizing the sub trades, Action Contents & Moving, Bender Painting, Black Sheep and all for their incredible work ethic, going above & beyond, their kindness, professionalism & pleasant manners and for putting all back to original & better, We would not hesitate to recommend Atlantis & the sub trades to family & friends. Atlantis Restoration swung into action immediately to restore our water-damaged drywalls & flooring. The mold inspection & drying process was thoroughly conducted. The subsequent restoration of floor tiles, drywalling & painting was competently completed by various teams. We appreciate the high quality of work done in a timely manner. Good job Atlantis !
