Great pub in a great location. Staff are friendly and there is a decent amount of seating. Good place to catch the game at. Bathroom facilities could use some work as they are very dark and not very clean. I like that they have a few arcade games on site for your engagement.

Friend and I shared a plate of vegetarian nachos with sour cream and guacamole. Two of us couldn't finish them! Portion size was large. Staff were friendly. We sat at the back and had to go up to the front to get our bill as a large group had just came in. Pink beer was delicious.

A solid stopover while in VanCity. It gets busy during game/match/show days at nearby stadiums/theaters, but is otherwise quite chill. Good luck getting in (or perhaps keep away) on Latin Night, but the energy and scenery are unmistakable on those Thursdays.

I would rate this place higher but I do not like surprises on my bill. When we arrived, we were given menus with prices shown for everything EXCEPT beer. I asked the bartender/server and he said the prices varied from $7.50 to $9.50 depending on the beer. I ordered a beer from a local brewery and was a bit shocked to be charged $11.50 for a glass of beer. WTH. Especially so when we were 15 minutes before happy hour where $4 beers are advertised. I am not averse to paying more for a select beer if I make the choice in advance. I am not at all happy to be overcharged with no warning for a beer brewed just down the street. I wouldn't return there unless it was happy hour and I saw the final prices in writing for what I ordered.

A great place to be. The food is amazing, great beer selection, great atmosphere, super staff.We stopped by for an easy dinner and wanted to try something different. Ordered the spinach & artichoke dip (not so different but it's been a while) and a portabella burger (boom! - different!).The staff were nice and friendly and quick with our order. We were given a nice table by a window in a nice relaxing environment to chill out.The spinach dip was delicious and came with this spectacular fresh garlic crostini that basically toasted itself as the meal went on, going from a just-out-of-the-toaster lighter crunch to a deeper, more crostini-like snap (but still with a slightly softer interior) which made it a million times better than the stale crapstini junk I expect to ignore when I see it on other menus.The portabella in the burger was stuffed with feta, roasted red peppers and smoked onion which added this amazing extra flavour to a beautifully made burger. Normally I'd ignore anything not beef or lamb but the stuffed mushroom was so wonderful that next time I'd want to ask for a double portabella burger, and want to add the stuffed mushroom to another burger to make that a double for meat lovers (or visa versa).You hear that LSP? Give your chefs a raise and get those double burger options on the menu - I just can't get enough!

Very bad service and atmosphere and the guards at night are like beginners and not trained, don't know how to control the situations, very bad to be honest. It's not a place worth it to visit at all. It seems that managers or whoever runs this place doesn't pay attention to service and details.They also take too much time to bring your drinks. Disappointed!

Haven’t been back here in years but finally decided to go check in out. Have to admit it was pretty good, everything was pleasant and we had a hilarious server named Zarah or something. I would be back because of the cold beers and the service.. amazing!. So happy to see this place has kept up over the years!
