Kam is an amazing realtor. We happened on him by accident. I sent an inquiry to a property where he was the listing agent, he responded immediately. When our search kind of waned, he reached out and we engaged him immediately—best decision. His level of customer service is unparalleled. He is honest, helpful, and patient. This move was exceptionally stressful; we had a hard deadline to move from our current home in a different city as we had already sold. Kam accommodated all of our requests, made himself available for questions and has the fastest response time of anyone I have ever worked with. He is very busy, but you would think you are his only client. I would absolutely recommend him for your real estate needs. I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but he would be my first call.

We recently moved to Calgary from the lower mainland. After a referral from friends that were happy with Kam we decided to work with him to find us a home. There was limited supply on the market and we were in a bit of a time crunch. First off he drove us around the neighbourhood that we were interested in, which gave us invite into where we were looking. That was very helpful. Kam is a local that lives in the area so that was wonderful. He was able to get us showings right away and has a good relationship with other realtors in the area. We viewed a bunch of nice places but places were moving quick. We view multiple places some above and some below our budget, to get an idea for comparison. We found one we wanted to make an offer on, which was well above our price range. After careful negotiations with the owner Kam advised us on an offer price. We made an aggressive offer and thought we would have to negotiate. Kam’s price suggestion was spot on and our offer was accepted. We got a great deal on our home and couldn’t be happier. Kam went above and beyond, he insured the deficiencies were taken care of and has followed up along the way.
