Gioia Breath
When I first came to see Giovanna for a breath session I did not know what to expect. The session was offered to me from a good friend, he simply said 'You need to do this'. So I did, and Giovanna has been my breath coach ever since. I was able to release trauma I did not know I had, integrated the changes into my every day life in a way that has me now in my kingly energy rather than the warrior spirit. Meaning I now have sovereignty over my life and am no longer fighting to survive. I have more space for my breath, and since breath is life, I have more life to live. I am truly grateful for Gio in my life and recommend you to experience your breath in a whole new way. Gio, thank you for being you.
