The owner John was highly unprofessional. I dropped off my clothes in the morning. John was not there but another worker was present. She called John over the phone and the worker who was present confirmed that I had 3 shirts and 6 pants. I received the price scale for shirts and pants. I later got a call from John. He quoted me at a higher price for the shirts when he saw them, claiming that one of them was a jacket. I went back to the store to figure out what the discrepancy could be as I didn’t drop off a jacket or blazer. I asked, for future reference, what qualifies as a shirt versus a blouse or a jacket. Then he became rude by yelling and speaking over me. When I asked him why he was behaving that way he stated that I was a racist (note that I am racialized). He then escorted me out and said that he didn’t want my business.

terrible customer service, went in with an emergency repair (item needed to wear four days later) and was basically told I should have thought about getting it done sooner and there was no way he could do it. No I am sorry I cant help you" just rudeness

I was a little disappointed with how they handled an issue I had.I took a pair of dress pants in to be hemmed. It was done for $12.00. I wore and washed the pants 2 times. The hem came out of 1 leg. I returned the pants and the second time I was charge $8.00 - for one leg! I mentioned again that I was returning them because it promptly fell out the first time and the lady said the hem could have been pulled out by the washer..?Won't be going back there....
