Best Pharmacy EVER!!! Linda & Jackie have gone wayyyyyy out of their way for us.... Many times! Super helpful! I would never think of going elsewhere. Mike has also been very helpful, caring & extremely knowledgeable, often going above & beyond to make sure your meds. are the best ones for you. Thanks for all that you do!

Terrible service. The phone is either not in service or nobody answers for 5 to 6 hours a day. When they do answer they are rude and take a very long time to fill very few pills.

Seems every time we get told to come in at a certain time and day we arrive and our prescriptions are never ready. Also if there’s a problem with a prescription they never try to correct it. I’ll gladly take the half hour drive to Castlegars Shoppers as they are much friendlier people and are correct on their dates and times!!

Horrible service they take way to long compared to others and the phones do not get answered ever aswell they recommend I go to another pharmacy even after my prescription was sent directly to them EDIT: yet no matter how many reviews you give a robot sounding reply too you fix nothing

I was having issues getting a prescription sent over from another Shopper's Drug Mart out of town- the pharmacy staff here went above and beyond helping me get it all sorted out so I had it in time before my pills ran out. Super friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work

Crazy woman in aisle 1!! I just got insulted, screamed at, and publicly shamed for opening an unsealed bottle of nail polish!!She screamed at me, Does this say tester?! Do you see tester on this bottle anywhere?!? You can't open the bottles! Who opens the nail polish?? Leave the store

Great store with amazing staff, it just really makes me boil that it opens later than other stores and closes at six, as well as opening at 9am. As a diabetic I need access to a pharmacy almost all the time. Like this morning, went to fill my insulin pump and dropped a vial of insulin (last one) which shattered. Great staff tho

Excellent staff work here! Always friendly and eager to help you! I love this store and recommend everyone go to this store rather than the Pharmasave across the street. I just know from personal experience that the staff at pharmasave are very judgemental. And who wants to be judged when picking up their prescriptions!

Pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's nice to go in or call such a busy store and be recognized by familiar faces. Best pharmacy I ever dealt with.
