Selection was quick and easy. Duplicated keys worked without any issues - perfect! Added feature was the free 3rd key; exact quantity that I needed.

I have my house key duplicate. I avail of the promo. Buy 2 get 1. The keys all work. Waited for 5 minutes only. Highly recommended.

Went to my locksmith midday to get a key cut and as I pulled up he locked the door and walked away so I thought Walmart might have a locksmith but I didn’t find one. I picked up some vitamins and was walking out and saw your unit. I thought “no way” but out of curiosity, I stuck my key in. Well I was super impressed and got three brass keys for $11 in just over 5 minutes but thought no way they will work. They did! That would have cost twice as much and taken longer even if the locksmith was sitting waiting there for me. Very Impressed!! Great idea having the window to see the key being cut. I wouldn’t have done it without that. Well Done!

We weren’t able to use the key copying service as we learnt that their payment systems weren’t quite working on the minute key, across all their locations.

Using the kiosk to make duplicate keys was so easy!I have used Minute Key a few times now and I had one key that didn't work out. I quickly emailed them the refund form and their customer service was excellent. They quickly responded to my issue and refunded me the full cost of my duplicate key that did not work.Very impressed with Minute Key's Customer Service!!! Other companies should take a page out of their book!I definitely be using their service again!

I had never heard of Minute Key, until my daughter asked me to get 3 house keys made for her. It was incredibly user friendly, and worked perfectly. This took no time at all, and was reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone, and plan to use it again in the future.
