Super helpful and friendly staff! Charles, the owner is always helpful and kind to my dog, she always wants to drop by after her walk. The prices are very good for the quality of their products! They have a good selection of food and treats are natural and healthy.

Our go-to spot for pet food and supplies!Charles (the owner) is so so so kind and helpful. Our dog eats raw food so we have to come every 1.5 weeks to grab more food and treats.He’s always so kind with our dog and our dog loves coming here. He also helped us buy the cutest slush suit for our dog. Definitely best pet store in the area.

Charles and the bone and biscuit team are such a welcoming bunch. My dogs pull to the store even when they aren't open. Always willing to above and beyond to help out a client and co-hosting pet friendly events for the neighbourhood, bone and biscuit has been a great addition to the neighbourhood! Absolutely amazing place , it had everything that I could have asked for at very affordable prices other than the other shops that are very expensive. I was treated with kindness and felt like a king in the store and so did my dog. 10/10 would come again and recommend shopping here

I love this place. Also it’s my puppy’s happy place :) Charles is always so friendly and very knowledgeable. I enjoy little chat with him every visit. He knows what they sell and what’s the best for the dogs. My puppy is shy but now she knows this is her favourite place and loves Charles as well. She runs towards the shop every time we pass by! Whenever I have a question about what to feed my dogs and what’s good for her, I ask his recommendations. Highly recommended!!

Staff here is always really helpful, willing to answer questions and help guide you in finding something that suits your furry friend. Charles especially has always made us feel welcome, and helped us navigate finding food for our picky eater. Now our dog Charlie absolutely loves coming to visit and insists on going in every time we are walking through the area. He helped us pick out Charlie’s first harness! (Pictured)

Really friendly and made me feel welcomed. Good selection of dog treats and cleaning products. Very clean and organized inside. I’ll definitely be back! Will be one of my go-to pet stores for sure!
