Emily met us at the 2023 home show in Hamburg, and immediately seemed to be the most approachable and flexible person we met there. Soon after, she provided a quote for our countertop, and we were on our way! The quote was less than some others, but Emily's customer service made the difference. Once our cabinets were completed, scheduling the countertop was quite fast, and worked perfectly with our schedule and timeline. The project turned out beautiful, and we would recommend Pine Hill to others!,

Pine Hill is a dream come true for us. We were looking to update a 30-year old laminate countertop and refresh the kitchen's appearance overall. Pine Hill was receptive from the start, helpful, efficient, offered options within our price range, and went above and beyond to accommodate us for the install. Our install was a one-man crew: Scott, who did yeoman's work with patience and friendliness, and the results are beautiful. We now have marble-look laminate for a very reasonable price, that brings a smile to our faces every time we enter the kitchen! Fantastic.

Love the new countertops and sink from Pine Hill!! Fairly easy process especially since I knew exactly what I wanted and Emily made it happen! Good deal, easy to work with, and professional installation. If anything, took a little longer from start to finish but that's the new now" with people not wanting to work!! After having a nightmare experience with another company for 5 weeks, I found Pine Hill Fabricators on the manufacturers website. The best idea ever to switch companies, a much better experience!From the start Liz in the office was so much help in informing that the original sheen of laminate I wanted was softer material than another option of the same pattern. She even showed what she meant by writing on a piece of paper and showing that a slight impression was made on the soft silk sheen. She never tried talking me out of what I wanted, just gave some knowledge of the product which helped me decide to go with the glossy sheen instead.Joe came the very next day to measure. He notified me that he was going on vacation for a week. Even with the vacation my countertop was start to finish installed within 2 1/2 weeks. Joe and his team were very pleasant and helpful with any questions, concerns, and recommendations.I have a large peninsula countertop that has a partial wall running through it. They were able to make the countertop one piece with beveled edges all manufactured in their shop. It fit perfect with Joe's spot on measurements and exceptional workmanship.Fantastic job, I highly recommend Pine Hill Fabricators! They made my nightmare from another company, a dream come true!
