I sent birthday flowers to my friend's work and they were lovely!! Thank you guys! Appreciate the last minute arrangement and delivery.

I ordered for my Mother-in-law on Mother's Day from here and it was my first time ordering, I was directed to choose a bouquet from the website which I did, however what was delivered was not even close to what was pictured, after my mother-in-law sent me a pic we were very disappointed so I called and I was offered $20 off my order, the next day I received a call back and they did attempt to make up for the poor quality bouquet she received and although these flowers looked to be healthier it was mostly full of greenery, I appreciate their customer service effort which is why I changed my rating from 1 star, to 2 stars however I spent $175 and did not receive what was advertised. I included pics below to add a visual to the comments and to show the final picture of that full beautiful bouquet is what my Mom received in another city that I spent $125 to have delivered.Starting on the left:#1 is what I ordered from the website.#2 is what my mother-in-law was delivered.#3 is what they delivered to make up for the first deliver#4 Is what my Mom received in a different city and it cost $125In response to the reply I have gone back to my original rating of 1 star, to suggest a 75 yr old woman removed flowers is unbelievable and for a business to make such excuses and conduct itself in this way is unprofessional.I deserve nothing short of a full refund and I would be happy to ask my mother-in-law to leave you vases on her porch and you can pick them up.

I ordered some flowers for someone and unfortunately they were delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted the shop they were excellent about correcting the mistake and resolved the problem very quickly. Excellent customer service

My mother in law recieved a beautiful bouquet from 62 flower studio. The flowers were fresh and smelled amazing. Highly recommend. Also if you miss your delivery you can pick them up at the gas station next door until 9pm. Fantastic service!

Lovely arrangement ordered by my sister in Toronto. Beautiful white roses and mini perfect yellow roses wuth other floeets abd greenrry.

Ordered sympathy flowers for a friend late at night on a Thursday, and they were delivered the very next day and were absolutely stunning! Highly recommend.

Half a dozen roses for 85.00 - no packet of plant food, roses with wilting petals and dirt covered unwashed ends!!! I would steer clear of this place!

Quality of the flowers and arrangement was acceptable. Prices roughly on-par with other florists, maybe on the high side considering - my first experience was mediocre. My order was for a Zanzibar gem plant, but received a Jade plant - which I already have. Florist was in contact for a substitution as the vase I had wanted was unavailable, which is alright, but meant I didn't know what I was getting. Box of chocolates was at the bottom of the wrapped bouquet, below the vase. It was wet and a little melted. (But we'll eat it anyway.) No plant food packets. All that said, I'll probably order from them again.
