I took my orv to Dennis because it wouldn't start.I told him it ran good until I replaced the ignition switch with one from Amazon.So I figured I would take it in and get a full maintenance check..I got a new switch which turned out to be the problem, a oil filter, and a oil change. I brought them a new fuel filter which I asked them to snap it back in place....$384 are you serious?I had asked for a list of other items that were checked which he never sent.They didn't look at anything else and could not justify the cost for the amount of work done. I will never recommend or go to this business amymore....feeling ripped off...

Great place to get 4 wheel , sleds , ATV or side by side but a little pricey service dept is very friendly and helpful and do good job

Great people! After driving 900 miles just to ride my sled it encountered a slight cooling leak after just a 20 mile ride. It was almost closing time but they helped troubleshoot my sled, loaned me tools, had parts and got me back on the trail. I was still able to ride 45 more miles that day and over 100 the next day.

Awesome dealer. Steve held a Polaris snowmobile for me for a week until I could get there. He was very helpful and I went home with the sled.I will definitely go back again.

Canadian Customer. I will still continue to buy ATVs and snowmachines over here even with the poor exchange. I have had a few bad experiences with our Yamaha dealership in Sault Ontario so I won't even buy a spark plug there. We have purchased a few ATVs and a snowmobile at this dealership and had only great experiences. The sales team go way out of there way to make you feel good about your purchase. They have never tried to push a sale or come off aggressive towards us. They also take the time to get to know you, so when you go there to buy oil or parts you feel like your a part of the Yamaha family. The service counter is very helpful and friendly. They have huge knowledge of the parts you need and can get it for a very competitive price. The mechanics are top notch as well. They do an amazing job and usually fix your atv or snowmobile in a day or two. Since my first purchase in 2008 I have never had a bad experience at Chippewa Motors.

Dennis and his crew saved my Lake Michigan Circle Tour. I picked up a nail loading my Suzuki VStrom 650 onto my trailer and within the day, Dennis had it removed and plugged. 850 miles later I'm back safe and sound thanks to the folks at Chippewa Motors. I came up from Cedarville to the Sault. Highly recommend.
