Came to visit canada and was in need of some good juice, thanks to maude, she assisted me with 10/10 service , she knew exactly what I want and recommend me a flavor that makes me happy. Overall would recommend this shops to my friends and family. Best customer service ever

Was served by Anton. Guy was on point!!! I felt overwhelmed with choices but he was able to find the perfect vape for me. He should be the manager! No he should be the owner! No should be the CEO! 5 stars!

Very bad service. I was told by the cashier I can keep my receipt in case one of the vapes didn’t work. I had purchased 3 vapes of 30$ each. As I opened my second one it didn’t even function. I came to return it with receipt and in the box and original package and they refused my return. Zero care for the customer

Very arrogent guy serving people second time gives me the wrong pods then says it's my fault. While I'm trying to choose the flavor of juice I want he just stares at me makes me feel uncomfortable. I am done with this store I found another place cheaper price and much More friendly staff. This guy that serves me at vaporus.. No smile and it's like I'm bothering him when I'm trying to buy stuff... He clearly doesn't want to be there....as a result I will be taking my business elsewhere.... Good thing there are other boutiques out there

I came in to buy my usual refill of vape juice and was pleasantly surprised by A1 service by a young man named Tommy. Tommy made my day better! This store is awesome!

I highly recommend this vape shop to everybody on the south shore, most often when i go to other vape shops they dont have the exact flavor im looking for but this one always have the new flavors and the person that helped me choose a vape was very helpfull and kind. Thanks to Tommy & Vaporus for serving us with the best products. 5 stars!
