Prestige Handyman

I have used Prestige Handyman for various tasks around the house and I have always been happy with Tyler. I was going to leave this review much earlier, but I have been busy with work so I forgot.... then I was reminded today because I had to reach out to Tyler (owner). He cares about his clients and is always just a phone call/text away.I have used other handyman services before but although they all completed the job, often times it left something to be desired. Some lacked customer support, some lacked that personal touch/care, and some were just down right rude.What stood out with Prestige handyman from the rest is the owner Tyler. He is honest, passionate and supportive. I trust his integrity and his work ethics. He truly wants to do right by the client and does all he can to ensure we are satisfied. He communicates frequently and is always ready to help in anyway he can. Me and my wife were so impressed with him that we hired his construction company (Ultz Custom Homes) to do our home renovation (complete redo of our kitchen, master bathroom, redoing our stairs, rebuilding main floor fireplace and main flooring).I understand sometimes the job is bigger or more complex than anticipated. Some times the right material is not available to complete the job to 100% perfection and frankly some jobs are little beyond the skills of the person at hand (has not happened with Prestige)... that seems to be true with almost all the handyman services I have used previously. What is important to me, is that the owner is caring, honest, hold his work to the highest standards and is supportive of his clients. That is all true for Tyler and I trust him with my home. So I highly recommend you just give him a call if you need some work done. He'll be there for you from start to finish. ;)Cheers

John was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. The repairs he did were high quality and efficient.One thing that might have made the service even better would be ensuring all of the tools / parts needed are identified in the pre-planning with a reserve task identified, allowing for maximum use of the time allotted. Having said that we are pleased with the repairs that were completed. Thank you!

I contacted Prestige Handyman after needing to get a few jobs done in my home. Right from the start Prestige quickly responded to my enquiry and was able to schedule a handyman right away. I had some scheduling difficulties in finding the best time for the handyman to come by, but Prestige was patient and understanding in the process. Fred, the contractor was excellent. He thoroughly communicated his ideas on the job and took my thoughts into consideration. Everything looked neat and professional when the job was completed. Zero complaints. Customer Service and the work was top notch!

I had 2 difficult to install window AC units. Rick did and incredible job installing them and was wonderful to deal with. From the first contact Tyler was a delight to deal with - efficient with the quote, on time with the install, and kept me informed throughout. I would not only use Prestige again, I would highly recommend them.

I've been using Prestige for a couple of years now, and they are hands down the best handyman service I've ever encountered. Tyler is one of the most responsive and professional people I've dealt with and goes above and beyond, constantly checking in to make sure everything is done right. He's very accessible via text, which is a lifesaver. Before using Prestige, I was hesitant about hiring a handyman given how unreliable they tend to be. However, that's not the case here at all, and I'm able to communicate easily and have any questions or issues addressed promptly. The estimation process is very easy, and the invoicing process is very detailed, with pictures, receipts, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige to anyone who needs work done at home, and their rating is definitely well-earned.

This was my first time using handyman services and I sought quotes and estimates from various companies. Prestige Handyman was the most reasonable and responsive, taking the time to contact me in advance to understand the project requirements, provided me with options and considerations, and communicated clearly and effectively. On the day of the service, John arrived on time, prepared, and completed the work meticulously with great precision and care. He was so courteous and kind, and always was considerate of our needs, the quality of outcome, affordability, and long term best solutions. He helped us replace our exterior shutters, install window well covers, install security camera mounts, replace house numbers, install bird house, and inspect our bathroom exhaust fans to make recommendations for next steps for replacement (with electrician as seperate job). He demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and great customer service skills. Before and during the project, the company communicated with me throughout to ensure all my questions are answered and to check in to ensure I am satisfied with the work (and we 100% are!). I will definitely contact Prestige Handyman for future projects. Highly recommended.

Prestige Handyman was simply amazing! The pro (John) provided advice and expertise on various repairs and fixes. Everything was done with quality, attention to detail and on time. Extremely reliable. I recommend it for any job you may need!

Prestige Handyman fixed and cleaned our gutters, as well as other repairs to our exterior. They were punctual, thorough and explained every step of the process. We can't wait to use them for our future indoor projects.Update January 2023: I think I jinxed us with that last sentence.. we used Prestige Handyman for our leaky shower (ruined ceiling downstairs and an adjacent bedroom flooring) they ended up fixing/advising on a couple other tasks around the bathroom during their visit

My wife and I used Prestige Handyman for some maintenance work around the house. Shakil was the handyman assigned for the job and he was fantastic!.Shakil replaced our shower door sweep and completed other tasks around the house that needed to be done for quite sometime. Shakil was punctual, polite, resourceful, and very knowledgable about about the things we had concerns with.Overall Shakil did a great job, I highly recommend using Prestige Handyman.
