The pizza was tasty, but the crust was not despite cooking to the recommended time and temperature. The crust was like an undercooked lasagna noodle. What’s the best way to cook this pizza??

Has the best cuts of meat within the Southern Manitoba area, I personally would stack it up against any other meat shop out there. Definitely worth a stop.

Got home and realised I didn't have the recommended pan. Heated oven with pizza stone in it at 450. Placed pizza on hot stone on middle oven rack for 23 Min, removed stone from oven and let pizza sit on stone for another 5 min outside of oven. Turned out perfectly crispy on bottom, nicely browned on top. Great pizza.

Just discovered this pizza. Absolutely amazing.It's not cheap, but it is well worth the price. We no longer buy take out.It took us a few experiments to get it cooked just right. We pre-heat the oven to 425 with the pizza tray (tray must have holes) in the oven during the pre-heating stage. We then put the pie on the tray and on the bottom oven shelf for 14 minutes. Comes out with a perfect crispy thin crust and bubbling top.Only suggestion is to have a beef and bacon and / or beef and pepperoni option.Also would be great to be able to buy it at a store in the North West corner of the city.

A1 service! Best recipes around. I bring my deer meat there yearly and get garlic sausage. Pepperettes. And jerky!
