The best service ever. I bought my first car in Canada from here. All the staffs here are really amazing and they always made sure to provide the prompt service. They kept the delivery date as promised and I’m super excited to get my car keys today. Special mentions to Jerry, Justin and Audrey for their excellant hospitality and customer service. I will always refer Queensway Hyundai to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The location was clean and offered a lot of parking. My only problem was the wait time - I had a set appointment time, but my car wasn't touched until 40 minutes after that set time, and only after I asked why. Otherwise, great service.

I would definitely recommend Hyundai Queenways.I felt like family when we walked in and were looking to trade in our vehicle. Seamless process, went for a test drive, answered all my questions, and not once did I feel pressured. The service I received at Queensway Hyundai is absolutely terrible. I booked my appointment one week in advance. When booking the appointment, I explained the issues I was having with the car (engine failure; a known issue with Hyundai's). I even called day of the appointment to confirm my appointment time and the purpose of my appointment. In that conversation, I even explained to Jessica that I may have to have the car towed there due to the engine issues.When I showed up to the dealership, I was immediately treated with disrespect and in a condescending manner by the man working at the service counter. He laughed at the purpose of my appointment, saying we don't have anyone to fix engines for weeks." When I explained that all this information was provided to the individual who scheduled my appointment
