Bell

I have had no problem with bell until just recently. I was trying to unlock a phone in order to give it to a family member. We tried in August on our own, when this family member put their Sim card in the phone it asked for an unlock number. We spent an hour on the phone with a technician and they ended up telling us we needed to go to a kiosk. I went to the kiosk at the mall and they told me I needed a Sim card. I waited until Christmas when the family member was here and we went back to the mall kiosk. It was the same associate and he was unwilling to help, he only handed us his phone and told us we had to call, after telling him we did that and they told us to come here. We spent another hour on the phone getting transfered to a few different people on a loop and got no where. This was very frustrating and we hung up and left no further ahead then when we got there.

We recently decided to switch to Bell as our service provider. Our experience was really great, Aman helped us find phones and plans that worked for both my husband and I. He was patient and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Honestly customer service could have way better, have had worse but i never felt listen to and treated as i didn't know what i was talking about theg especially should work on their body language when it comes to dealing with customers

Went to Town n' Country mall today and inquire about bell phone and postpaid line since I am using a prepaid card. We bumped into this very helpful and unbelievable representative of Bell Telecom, AMAN is his name. Would like to recommend this guy. He is amazing in handling pressures since there was some inquiries from other customers when we were there and he pulled it through in a very smooth way. Thank you Aman for all your effort and help. We went home with new phones and lines from Bell through the effort of Aman. You can really rely on to this guy. One of a kind.

I approached the counter at the local Bell Kiosk in the T&C Mall. A young male employee noticed me and asked if he could help me. I told him that the Technicians from another company had suggested to me that Bell could transfer data from an old cell to a USB stick. The Technician confirmed that he could. I asked him how much it would cost me for such a service. He said, Don't worry about it." I asked

Everytime I have ever called in with problems with anything I get told one thing and get told they are putting a note in my account but when it call back there is never a note. The most recent was for a credit because someone didn't do their job. They are never willing to actually do their jobs. They are a bunch of liars.

Best service in town! Highly recommend!

The price of their service jumped 50percent over last year this is nothing more than a RIP off to our phone service. Also try and talk to anybody from bell and you will spend alot of wasted time playing the push number on your phone pad to get another message to kit another number on your key pad and still not get a preson on the phone!!!!

I always like the services here. Best service as always.
