She took the time to understand my skincare concerns and tailored the treatment to address them effectively. As well as advising me how to modify my skincare routine, following my facial. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident from the start, making me feel confident in her gentle hands.The products used were of the highest quality, and the techniques employed were effective. I could immediately feel the nourishing ingredients working their magic on my skin.After the facial, I was amazed at the instant results I observed. My skin felt rejuvenated, deeply cleaned, hydrated, and had a noticeable improvement in texture and brightness. The facial had successfully addressed my concerns, leaving me with a healthy, glowing complexion that lasted well beyond my visit.In conclusion, I highly recommend Tru spa, treat yourself to this indulgence. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I absolutely love TruSpa!! Hassina is the best and most considerate expert I’ve ever met. I’ve gotten so many facials in my life and Hassina’s facials are by far the best ones I’ve ever had. She is also a brow perfectionist and my brows are always on point after seeing her. Couldn’t recommend her enough I’ve already gotten so many people to go to her and they all absolutely loved her. They also offer laser hair removal by Lema and she is very professional.The quality of laser is amazing, works very well and is almost painless!! If you follow them on Instagram there’s always a really good deal going on so price for quality is very reasonable. Absolutely love both of the aestheticians and couldn’t recommend them enough ❤️

Absolutely LOVED my experience getting laser here with Lema at Tru Spa! The whole experience, from booking appointments to seeing results session from session was amazing. I literally can't even remember how normal armpit hair used to feel like, thankfully because I never have hair there anymore and when I do its totally manageable, just after 6 sessions! Her packages are so affordable and work great, especially for a brown girl like me. Can't wait to laser more off soon!

I absolutely loved my experience here at the spa! I got the oxygen facial done by Hassina and all I can say is WOW. The way my skin felt and glowed after was the best my skin has ever been. I’ve been seeing Lema for full body laser hair removal for just over 7 months now, and I actually drive in all the way from Kitchener to see her (she’s that good!!)! This was my first time getting laser hair removal and I knew I picked the right spot because from the get go Lema was personable, attentive, and super gentle. After only 2 sessions I started noticing a huge reduction in hair thickness and I had areas that were completely hairless. Now after 6 sessions, I’m almost completely hairless and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I love coming to truspa for my laser treatments. Lema is very kind and professional and only after 3 sessions I already noticed a big difference with my results.
