The staff at the Bristol location is very hard working and dedicated to their clients. They are friendly and helpful and it’s always a pleasure to shop knowing I will get quality meats and deli. I recommend this store to everyone.

Love the pastries here. This is a Polish bakery with lots of indigenous Polish food items like cakes, pastries, bread, buns, chips, chocolates, meat etc. The cakes are absolutely delicious and there's a wide variety to choose from but they are slightly over priced. That's the only negative.

Small store, organized. Decent prices, decent variety of foods. Some stuff was fresh some was old. Reason for leaving a 3 star is because one of the cashiers named “anna” doesn’t speak any polish whatsoever in a polish store, she doesn’t really say anything at all to be honest. She just says hi and thats it. I tried to talk to her in polish, she couldn’t understand what I was saying. She also never mentioned they charge 5 cents for bags and I was buying a lot of groceries so that wasn’t very nice. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back, it used to be better here many years ago, the service and food.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Unfriendly, unhelpful and rude staff. If you don't speak Polish they look at you like a deer in headlights. Go to Starskys instead. Way more friendly and helpful.

I think there was an owner change and now the service improved. Born in Canada and grew up in Polish culture here, I can understand how others can say unfriendly service. As a long time customer, I am pleased with service improvements. It became warmer. One time where dust was collected and placed into the corner at the bottom of uncovered potatoes and various vegetables. I did not like that. I saw on the flyer in the Polish newspaper lasagna advertisements. I don't eat much Polish food so I like the variety of Polish food and some other foods on occasion. I always get my cold cuts here. I like the additions of cakes that are popular like tiramisu. I love tiramisu!

I was in this location yesterday June 6 and a coworker supervisor was very helpful and was very knowledgeable . She might be new there but she is very helpful. N you must keep employees that that this way and treat theme good .

change to worse !! the ladies at the checkout are not able to provide information about the products, I only remember one person who was always helpful, it is a lady with pink hair but I haven't met her for a long time. Due to the lack of communication between the customer and the service, I will not come back here for shopping
