Impressive Fireplaces
I had a disappointing experience trying to select and design a new fireplace with Amir. We paid $200 for a design & consult fee, and after many weeks of emailing with very spotty communication from him, I received a very basic sketch without any dimensions or design elements we spoke of. I was constantly reminded of how busy he was, and I was clearly asking too many questions for his liking. I then suggested we change gears and work on a fireplace in a different location and plan it for a time when he was less busy, and he kept putting the pressure on to buy & install as soon as possible (despite how he was apparently completely swamped!). Very high-pressure salesman-y tactics. Would avoid.

Impressive Fireplaces
We had an old wood burning fireplace that was used maybe 3 times a year, if I was lucky. So we decided to convert our old wood burning fireplace to a lovely new modern gas fireplace. Impressive Climate Control really listened to what I wanted, took the time to make it perfect, even if it meant coming back to our house numerous times. Fall is here and I enjoyed it right away. I love it!!

I was looking for a company to fix the problem with the pilot in my fireplace insert. I found Impressive Climate Control, the came to my place and the technician found the problem in a short period of time. He ordered the pilot assembly" and he came back in two weeks to install the defective part. Everything works fine and I highly recommend this company."

Fireplace Repair - Very pricey and pushy but friendly and cleanCONS: The technician (having arrived an hour late) didn't actually look at our fireplace and just took what we had said was the problem for granted. He suggested we replace the entire pilot assembly at a pretty large markup which we did. After the repair was done, I asked for the old pilot assembly unit back. The technician got it from his truck and it was surprisingly clean which lead me to believe that it wasn't the one from our fireplace but I cannot confirm.PROS: The technician was very friendly and kind to our kid. He was also very clean and paid careful attention to our living room and furniture.EDIT: Received a very defensive follow-up call from the technician based on the content of my review.
