Parkade well lit and well marked, does have security. You just have to be more careful by not leaving items in Plain view. Don't make your vehicle a Target.

I parked at this lot in February of 2020 to stay at a nearby hotel thinking it would be safer than the open air lot the hotel offered, and my vehicle was broken into anyway. I’ve been stewing about this for a long time and hoped my negative feelings would have dissipated by now, but they haven’t, so I’m writing this review in the hope of letting off some steam, as well as a warning to others.I had used the easy park app to pay for this parking spot so they had all my CONTACT INFO.. When I arrived at my vehicle at approximately 8 am the next morning, I found my passenger side quarter window smashed and personal items (clothing) hanging out the window. I immediately called the lot security number and a security guard came by some time later while I was on hold with ICBC. I was told by the security guard that there was a report of my vehicle having been broken into approx 9pm the night before, and that the thief had been somewhat caught in the act when a patrol vehicle drove by and chased him away, without having been able to get much (the only thing I found missing was a rain coat that had been in my cargo area - I hadn’t left any valuables, but man, I loved that coat!)... I guess I was “lucky” thief was caught in the act, but patrols are not on site 24/7.The WORST thing about the situation was that easy park did not think it important enough to CONTACT ME about the break in. I did not receive any phone call or email whatsoever about it even though they knew it had happened, and had a report available. Had I been informed my vehicle had been broken into, I would have moved it immediately. However, easy park found it acceptable to leave my vulnerable, broken into vehicle with a smashed in window OVERNIGHT in their obviously unsafe garage, available to anyone else who might feel free to rummage through it, and NOT INFORM ME ABOUT IT! On top of that they had the nerve to charge me for parking anyway. I had even gone on the app early that morning to add more parking time as the overnight rate only lasts til 6am. So, even though my car was sitting there vulnerable, they were ok with taking MORE MONEY from me!! UNBELIEVABLE!!When I spoke with the security guard, he told me this is a regular occurrence for this lot, so I would stay FAR FAR AWAY from this unsafe lot with regular break ins and avoid the inconvenience and expense of paying the deductible for vandalism on top of the parking fee. Easy park obviously doesn’t care about their customers, other than what’s in their wallet!

Our car was broken into, then the so what called security told us they will release the security footage to the police officer working our case. (Which is complete BS because they don’t even have any type of Surveillance!!!) our car impound by the police because they were incompetents and don’t have any type of security in the lot so to prevent the car from being stolen the police impounded.the elevator doesn’t work either.The stairway smells like piss, Condoms and needles on the floor.DONT STAY PARK HERE!!

Don't park here!!!Terrible parking garage.Strong stench if urine is potent.I paid for a full day of parking. Returned to my car 2 hrs later to find a $140 ticket on my windshield. Reason : non-payment. I am so grateful I printed my ticket when I paid, or I wouldn't have proof.I am annoyed that I'll need to spend my time clearing up their error.

I can’t believe how disorganized Easy Park is. Even paying every month I still get my remote blocked because my payment doesn’t show in their “new system”. If you can’t handle manual payments anymore, say it! Don’t pretend you accept it and then give me a nightmare every beginning of each month.The only reason of my second star is because there’s a lot of parking available and that’s pretty good. But c’mon!

DON'T PARK HERE OVERNIGHT.The lot is clearly not checked at night. Our car was broken into at night, and we ended up having to have the window replaced (the following afternoon).The next night the car was broken into again, even after everything had been removed. Nothing was visible and everything had been put in glove compartments etc. This time it was only ripping into the plastic that had been put in temporarily. They opened up all the compartments and stole a couple little things. On my way down to the car that morning I saw another couple who had parked there as well, who had their car broken into and lost everything". They said they figured it would be safer than parking out on the street... but clearly it wasn't.Thankfully for us

I wouldn’t recommend parking. There is regularly broken glass on the ground from recent break in’s every week. Three break in’s happened tonight alone...

Probably safer to find a random place to park in East Hastings. Id avoid this one

Don’t park here. Car window smashed in and stuff stolen from inside car. Security does NOTHING and there’s absolutely no precautions taken.

Somebody broke the window of the car and stole things inside
