I went to Dr Robert Turner office on Waverley to get lip fillers and I’m excited to finally write a review. (fyi about my lips in the photo.. they are bigger because that’s how I wanted them, it’s what I asked for). I first went to Dr. Turner roughly 11 years ago. Since he opened the Waverley location I started going there regularly for Hydrafacials, botox, and filler. I’m so glad they are close to me now because they have been my best overall experience. There are a few things I really appreciate about them:- Office staff is always friendly, inviting and kind- Nurses are all very experienced, same ones for years- Beautiful job with face and lip filler.- Expertise saves me money. If I request x amount of product to achieve something specific that I describe, it’s the injectors duty to give me their expert opinion on how to achieve it, which (for me) usually means less product than I went in requesting. If the injector is inexperienced or just doesn’t care, you likely won’t get the expert advice, resulting in too much product and higher costs than necessary. I always get the expert opinion when I go to Turner’s Aesthetic Solutions, regardless who I see. Last time I saw Darcy, she’s incredibly honest.- Office staff is very helpful. I called once about a specific line of skincare from a brand they carry but they didn’t carry the specific items I wanted. Whoever I spoke to could have just ended it at that but instead she called me back and let me know she got the go-ahead to order it in for me.. plus they had some sort of Facebook promotion going at the time that I didn’t know about and they made sure I got the discount from the promotion, knowing they could have easily charged me full price. Now that’s service!

I had surgery in 2016 from Dr Turner. Iam still having problems to this day. I went back to turner a few times with my issues and all he did was lie to me. Turners favorite quote its fatty tissue I cant control that". I had a ct scan done. I went back to turner with the ct results . Now he wants to send me to a general surgeon to fix his mistakes. The surgery should of taken 4.5 hours .He rushed thru it in 3 hours.Dont trust Dara eather !!This man butchered my body and won't fix it.Biggest mistake of my life getting surgery from.Dr TURNER is a butcher not a plastic surgeon !!"

Absolutely love Dr. Turner and his staff!!! They are an amazing bunch of people. I'd say it is a 10/10 experience for me. Dr. Turner did an amazing job on my breast augmentation and I love showing them off even though I'm only about 5 weeks post :) Dara is also one of the best nurses there!! Absolutely love her.

Dr. Turner did my breast implants almost 10 years ago and they looked amazing. He also just did my implant removal with a lift on July 4, 2023 and I’m only 4 days out and already thrilled with the results. The precision is amazing, he is a very good breast surgeon! The hospital he works out of was also accommodating and made me feel well taken care of.

Such a great clinic! Darcy is amazing at injectables; she is very honest and conservative with her work, and does not pressure you into getting amounts out of your comfort zone. The front staff is amazing as well; overall a great clinic and the first I would recommend to anyone looking for cosmetic treatments. Darcy is extremely talented at what she does and it definitely shows with the results and the reviews she gets! :)

Dr. Turner and his staff were all very nice to deal with. I saw him for a breast reduction. As much as I feared this experience to be awkward for myself due to my own insecurities and lack of self esteem, Dr. Turner never judged me in anyway and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process.His staff were all friendly, accommodating and helpful with any questions/concerns I had. They were always pleasant to deal with and never made me feel like I was a nuisance.I will definitely go back to Dr. Turner if I ever need anything else done in his field of work and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Turner did my breast augmentation, and he was amazing. They look great, and he made me feel very comfortable the entire process. From the consult, to the actual surgery date he was so friendly and informative. His nurses and anesthesiologist are great too. He is a very talented doctor and I am SO happy with my results, highly recommend!

Dr. Turner is an incredible surgeon. Takes the time to explain everything to you and answers all your questions without making you feel rushed. And Dara, the office manager along his administration team are beyond excellent. Always greet you with pleasant warm welcoming smiles. I live a province away and would have no other cosmetic surgeon take care of my needs.Thank you Dr. Turner and staff for everything.

Dr Turner and his staff are amazing. This is my second time using Dr Turner. First time 12 years ago for breast implants. One month post op from tummy tuck/lipo suction, breast implant removal with lift. Very pleased with my recovery and results! Not only would I use him again I would highly recommend Dr Turner and his team to anyone looking for a great surgeon!

I have a big dent on the side of my nose from at botched nose job. After the surgeon attempted to fix it twice I was told that nothing else could be done and that any more attempts to correct it may cause even worse damage. I became extremely insecure about this dent and began wearing reading glasses all the time to hide it.I went in for a laser consult with Dara and as we were discussing treatments she mentioned that Darcy could possible help me. As luck would have it Darcy had some free time and she literally changed my life. I finally have my confidence back and am able to look people in the eye with out putting my glasses on. I can’t believe the amazing job she did using filler.For over five years I hid behind my glasses. I had a hard time looking at myself in the mirror because all I saw was a big dent and a major imperfection but that has all changed now. I am so grateful!I can’t say enough good things about Aesthetic Solutions. When I met with Dara to discuss some darker pigmentation spots on my cheeks rather then tell me that we could book a laser treatment and see how it works before moving on to another treatment option she did a test spot on my cheek with the laser right there and then. Unfortunately the laser didn’t work to draw out the pigment as we had hoped so we moved onto another treatment option. She basically saved me the time and painfulness of the laser as well as a lot of money. Dara is extremely knowledgeable and I have complete confidence in her. She also took a look at the skin products that I have been using to make sure that they were what I should be using and explained to me how I should be using them which is more then I can say for the place that I purchased them at.
